This property has a great ambiance, huge palatial rooms, pedigree Marwari horses, beautiful trees and gardens. Additionally, lovely views of sunrise and sunset by the palace, accompanied by bird song, make this a perfect location for holiday. Great food and good service. Jitender Shekhawatji inculcates a feeling of mehman nawazi amongst the staff and leads by example. We enjoyed the Rajasthani cuisine, ker sangri was our favourite dish. The evening candle lit barbecue with warm wood burning fireplace, and morning breakfast have really good food choices. Rahul Rana and Motilalji, made us feel really welcome. Walking by the pool, and talking to Madanji was an amazing experience. We enjoyed playing badminton and mini golf. It was too cold so we didn't swim in the unheated pool but the setting is beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised to be invited to High Tea, a fantastic experience by the palace, it felt like a taste of Royalty, created specially for us. There was a dedicated person (Bhagwan Singhji) who ensured we had lots of yummy food, hot tea and gave us privacy. Thank you Jitendra Sir for this unforgettable experience. The stables and horses are an added attraction. Everyone is so friendly, and we definitely recommend undertaking a horse ride. The horses are so majestic, and if done early in the morning, one can see, hear and experience the birds singing in the trees as you move past them. The Regal Suite at the palace is definitely worth the money. Ornate ceilings, huge rooms, period furniture and beautiful setting all add to the experience. The palace caretaker made our stay really memorable. The others who made our stay extra special were Arjun Singh at Kebab Korner, Bhagwan Singh and Dalpat ji at the stables. We extended our stay by 2 days and enjoyed every minute of it.

This is the second time I have enjoyed staying at Jee Ri Haveli. Hi***shu and his family were lovely hosts. The Haveli is outside of the old town but the views of the fort from the rooms and rooftop restaurant are spectacular. You are within easy walking distance of everything including the excellent Sardar Market. The rooms are comfortable but not ***y luxuries but this doesn't matter as the beds are comfortable and hot water in the shower!! The food in the restaurant is excellent as well accompanied by the aforementioned view - see photo . They can arrange cars etc for arrival and departure if needed. Hi***shu took us on a wonderful walk through the old town - the blue city- and took us to visit the Jaswant Thada mausoleum and the superb Mehrangarh Fort. We really enjoyed this as he took us to places we never would have discovered on our own , we saw some wonderful murals and we ate the most delicious local sweets and found out the next day we made the local paper! Highly recommended and I would very happily stay here again.

I don’t even know where to begin to write this review. As the title says, the past week my family and I spent at Umaid Bhawan has quite literally been nothing short of life changing. We had initially booked this trip end of 2022 to travel to the palace on December 2023, however due to a family emergency we had couldn’t travel at that point. Since then, the service, hospitality and care has been out of this world. The team helped us move our booking by a year, and finally we were at the property on December 2024. It goes without saying that things such as the welcoming ceremony, checking in, checking out, all were as beautiful expected. The property was beautiful as expected (I mean- it’s a palace so obviously!), the food was incredible, the rooms were decadent (we felt like royalty), and the peacocks roaming the grounds were a magical touch- but what truly set Umaid Bhawan from everywhere else we have stayed in the world is the OUT OF THIS WORLD hospitality by the entire team taking care of us. From Malvika and Alka during check in, to Saddaqui ji (who is an absolute Umaid Bhavan veteran who’s been there since the start) , Manisha, Karan ji, and more during breakfast with the happiest smiles on their faces, to Aryan at the Trophy Bar, to Hokum ji’s warm personality and smile every day before making our room and the special baths he set up, and of course, our most special Swaroop Ji, we truly became one whole family. One of the main things I’d look forward to at breakfast every morning at Pillars was my morning hugs to Manisha- who was always just the most absolute joy. While I know high level hospitality is expected at a grand property such as Umaid Bhawan Palace, what I didn’t expect was to get so attached and be treated with so much love and kindness by everyone. Karan ji, Manisha, Sikander ji, Aman, always made sure every experience was special. Chef Shobhit and Chef Kush constantly checked in on us and making sure our stomachs were as happy and full as our hearts. Despite my mother still being extremely unwell during the trip and my father and her pretty much being in their room for majority of the trip- I think they had the most wonderful and fun time, thanks to Swaroop ji, Hukam ji, Berishal ji-they went above and beyond. From making special custom food every single meal for my parents to ensure they felt the utmost comfort, they even made sure for special occasions such as new years eve since they couldn’t travel to the special dinner that their room was BEAUTIFULLY decorated with rangoli, roses and diyas. It was so touching. Moving onto the Trophy Bar, Aryaan became so near and dear to our hearts since the first night. The unique blend of utmost professionalism mixed with the most loving and caring personality and attention to detail was impeccable. Even at Mehrangarh fort for the NYE dinner, it felt as though Aryan was only exclusively looking after us, we never had to ask for ANYTHING. He always went out of his way to make

Gorgeous hotel, spacious beautiful clean modern rooms, great location, beautiful rooftop, but the biggest compliment is to the service, we had the feeling that everyone was doing their best to give us good time and in such a polite and gentle way, wow., we kept on extending our stay because we loved it so much. Highly recommended!

Hotel Balam is located in Shikargarh area of beautiful blue city of Jodhpur. The hotel has traditional exteriors. I was here for a business trip and let’s be upfront they don’t serve very good breakfast. The restaurant food is above average and slightly over priced for the quality and portions they provide. Housekeeping does an average job and at times skipping to replace bare minimums like towels, toilet rolls and even water bottles. A lot of improvements can be made as far as service is considered. And yeah they are a young team, I wish them all the best.

The rooms are great and spacious. Really a steal at the price. Food is also nice. Their rooftop is pretty good to just kickback and enjoy. But the best part is the staff. Courteous, helpful and polite. Only negative is the location in which it is located. Inside the old city, narrow lanes, crowded shops etc etc

If you want to experience true hospitality the must visit The fern residency Hotel . Get pampered for what you have expecting for we have been well taken care of rooms are cleaned and spacious staffs are very attentive .food was amazing breakfast spread was delicious.at reception rajni always ready to help you

酒店坐落在機場西側，離老城和新城都有一些距離，不過叫車還是很方便的。 剛開業5年，設施很新。住的小套房，含早不到700，非常實惠。衛生狀況很好，床很舒服。照明不錯，網速在印度酒店裡算快的了。隔音可以接受。空調給力，而且客廳和卧室分開控制。房間直接放6瓶飲用水，不用再向前台要。 有待提高的是：小套房沒有配浴缸。早餐純素，連雞蛋都沒有，雖然餐品不錯選擇也不少，還是感覺吃得不舒服。 服務態度很好。另外大堂吧很實惠，蛋糕挺大一塊衹要120盧比，比外頭蛋糕店還便宜。

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Housekeeping as well as the room service were prompt. Room was neat and clean. Would definitely check in again. Very reasonable for the price.

Soniya Nisha Sonal and Aashish tooled care of me . Their hospitality towards me was very good. I like the food and staffs of the hotel . The timings were also puntucal and the view from my room was beautiful the interior of the hotel was nice especially the picture was asthetic and bold . I like it
