Has all the bases covered - but nothing wow. Amenities are a little dated - the TV channels were not great considering it was a Rugby World Cup match and it was not showing. The food court nearby was not great - closed a little early and the food was not great quality - even for national franchises.

Good location, Eastgate shopping mall just opposite and within walking distance. The apartment was with 2 rooms, spacious.

Nice place...though the furniture could do with an upgrade. We stayed in the apartments...they're OK...but we had to keep reminding them about towels every evening when we got back. They knew we were 4 in each apartment but only left 2 towels daily. Additionally, It was cold and when we asked for blankets, some got, some didn't get.

The place is a disaster. Firstly, at the restaurant we ordered butter chicken curry. When it arrived it was a fish curry. We then overheard the kitchen staff say they made oxtail curry. The rooms looks below par. Everything is below par. Rooms looks dirty, TV looks like it came from the early 2000s. Avoid if you can.

Impressed by the proximity to the mall. Great walking 🚶♂️ distance. The meals are routine and not ideal for long stay. Clean rooms and polite staff. Check in and out process can be marred depending on platform used to book as some information is lost in translation.

The rooms were spacious. The staff was super friendly and the food was amazing and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast as there was a variety to pick from. The pap and vleis was my most favourite meal and Innocent the barman made our visit to the bar a memorable one.

Spent a weekend in this hotel. Rooms are clean and the water is hot. Set up as a self catering room but has no kitchen utensils despite having a stove which is a bit odd, although it wasn't an issue to us. our room however was exposed to a very noisy street and on both the Friday and Saturday nights people were coming in at 2am with music blaring, showing no respect for other guests. Very limited Tv channels
