Worth the price. Clean and nice staff. Self-check in machine is not quite friendly. Because it cannot tell my family name and given name. Better check in with the staff.

Walk-up the stairs, no lift. Stairs are very steep and narrow. Noisy traffic area.

Room not ready on check in timing. Nobody at the reception making the experience worse.

I love their 24 hours self check in/out kiosk Strong water pressure but do not provide hair dryer Very strong aircond feels like new Forgot to take photo, come and leave in rush.

So far, so good for a night stay. The main problem is the shower head is totally broken, and the bathroom is no wet dry divide need to self prepare toiletries, face total , tissue box, and so on. only provide super total and a complimentary bottle water. if you are a light sleep person , not recommend , because the soundproof of the room are very poor , corridor & road site vehicles past through all are clear like beside me. even the moan road is far from hotel. Digitalise check in check out , not bad.

Nobody come to helping to check in the room. we can contact the manager via the system contact only. taking time around 1 hour to check in. i don't like to book again TRIP.com. already i got very very bad experience in the ( Cubic Botanical Suites by HomeBrickz ) hotel. please go there you can book your self, you book the hotel on the spot. if you book on the spot RM 80. but you book online trip.com. RM135.

There is a lot of dirt. The room was not cleaned even once during my five-day stay.

The room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff is very helpful. But bathroom door mat is not available in the room making the room floor quite slippery . Overall its recommended and very worth of the price. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Friendly front counter staff. Smooth checkin and checkout. Property is pretty well up kept.Limited eating options in the vicinity. Good overnight accommodation for the price.
