I decided to book a hotel room at the last minute when I went to ksl mall on may 2,2026. Overall booking was easy, I claim the perks at youtrip apps, which switch to trip.com apps,. The booking stated 2pax which has no option to change to 1pax. You can go to the hotel front desk from ksl mall ground floor, which is near the exit where a lot of people waiting to take bus J100 to JB Sentral. But this entrance is open from 10am to 10pm only. The front desk was friendly and answer my question. He confirmed the room price for 1 and 2pax were the same. The hotel is non-smoking hotel, so all rooms are not smoking which was good for those has sensitive noise. The hotel has day use rate, but on that day was fully booked. There is a signboard written to book at the hotel website to get cheaper rate. The room card is used on tap on the sensor inside the lift before you can press the floor button. Free wifi. Room was clean, some tea bag, creamer, sugar, 2 btl drinking water and a electric kettle. Inside the toilet, there is a hairdryer, 2 shower cap and 2 tooth brush and toothpaste. There is a water dispenser in the lobby near the lift if you want to refill. The aircon is cool. There is a small fridge which has no pre-filled beverage which is good so no extra charge. TV is facing the bed, so you can watch it from the bed. My room has a big bed that can sleepy 3-4 people. There are 2 tower, I stayed at tower 2. There is a swimming pool at level 7. Convenience for those go there to shop, u can drop your purchase at the room then continue Shopping.

Quite a bad experience, I was injured during the stay. When I get into the room, I was charging my phone and I seat on the side of the bed. A sharp thing poke on my leg, I take a look the bed spring poke out. They know the bed is spoil yet countinuing use. I called the front desk someone came out, they say maybe change a bed for me. I thought they going to do that, but after that they only push the sping inwards the bed. It mean they did not remove the damage bed mean the bed still going to danger people. Super irresponsible.

Was doing my usual monthly trip to Paradigm Mall for my regular TCM checkup. Too lazy to travel back so decided to stay in KSL over the night and chump on the pasar malam, as usual. Did the usual foot bath and bought some snacks to bring back as well. Nothing much, just the usual.

Great location with a lot of foods surrounding by walking distance. Great hotel service, as got some issue on our room, and do the ex-changing of room immediately.

Love the location with many restaurants and eatery. Shopping is convenient. A good place to stay if you have small kids. Many things to entertain them. A theme water park and arcade and go cart which are within the ksl shopping mall. The hotel is connected to the mall. Very nice view from our room too.

Friendly front desk, hassles free check in and was glad that allowed earlier check in. Was allocated tower 1 which is much convenience than tower 2, room is clean and well maintained. Only problem could be the soundproofing, was awakened bywater pipe and water sound when my next door taking an early shower. Overall, a great location and service by KSL

Stayed at KSL Hotel recently and overall it was a convenient and pleasant experience 😊 The biggest plus is definitely the location — it’s directly connected to KSL Mall, so everything is just downstairs. Food, shopping, massage, even groceries… super easy, especially if you’re going with family. The room was spacious and comfortable, good enough for a short stay. Bed was decent, and the view was quite nice depending on your room. Facilities like the pool and gym were great for kids and families. My child really enjoyed it! One thing to note — it can get quite crowded and busy, especially during weekends and holidays. Lifts may take some time. Overall, it’s a very convenient, family-friendly stay — great for short JB trips 👍

Hotel is located in very convenient location. It is next to ksl city mall, so many massage places and good food nearby. The hotel room is also quite clean and bed is comfortable. Only have some issue with the bidet in the toilet. I informed the receptionist immediately after check in, but it wasn’t fixed during our 2 nights stay there.

This time, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t as cool as during my previous stay. It might be due to energy-saving measures, but it did affect the overall comfort. I contacted maintenance on the first night as the room felt warm at 25°C. After servicing, the temperature improved to 23°C. However, it gradually increased again — 24°C the next day and back to 25°C on the day before check-out. With the current humid and warm weather, I hope the air-conditioning system can be better maintained to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests. Other than the air-conditioning issue, I really enjoyed the location. It’s very convenient, with massage services, food options, pedicure, and hair treatments all located just next to the hotel, which made the stay much more enjoyable.

Safiy was helpful. She gave us a connecting room which we wanted. The room we had on the 26th floor on Tower 1 was good. We love the view. Parking is free for guests. There are a gym and a pool table which we like. You may WA them for any problems. Overall, the stay was excellent. We will stay again.

Stayed here after more than 15 years. Booked the grand king bed and it was enormous. Arrived at 1pm and check in was completed in 5 minutes. Fantastic amenities with cable tv. Strong very hot shower. View of the swimming pool. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were too hard. Had a stiff neck the next day. Great food all around the hotel. Overall a wonderful stay.

Hmmmm. Even is tower 2. But the toilet still not good. Toilet got smell and the bathtub got stain.

Booked 2 rooms of twin sharing room this round. We were tower 1 room, the queen bed is smaller than the previous twin sharing room in tower 2 that we stay previously. KSL is always my favourite choice, convenient comfortable bed.

We are at KSL hotel for an overnight stay. We are able to check in before 3pm. Though there are only 2 sets of towels and slippers for 3 of us, the extra set was tied to our door handle when we are back in our room at night upon request on our way out There seems to be no sound proof between the rooms. We can hear our next unit conversations and sneezes very clearly till past midnight. The staff are very efficient and courteous during check in and out.
