屬於公寓式酒店，周邊在維修噪音很大，門前路也是坑坑窪窪的，沒有明顯的酒店標識標牌很難找到。房間格局小 沒有提供拖鞋和洗漱用品。

Big thanks for this place, they pick me from the hotel the room have a nice pyramids view and clean the staff was really nice the place was recommended by our tour guide the breakfast was good I really loved this hotel.

It was an amazing experience the area so nice and quiet to stay in giza they picked up me from the airport for free , and the place and room was so fantastic and new furniture and comfortable for relaxing, Internet so fast and great , people are very helpful and friendly to make it easy for everything tours , guides, car , shopping, breakfast was very delicious, area very safe to walk and feel free i recommend this Guest House for all and i will back again 😊

The hotel location is perfect for moving from and to any place in cairo and giza area whuch is very important for me and breakfast was really incredible everything about the hotel we love ………….. free airport pickup the rooms are spotless and well equipped ( hairdrayer and tolietries included)

Very helpful and friendly staff, they helped us book taxis, guides, transfers and even helped us plan our days in Cairo, the manager made sure we were picked up and dropped off at the hotel entrance every time we went anywhere, the food is good, water, coffee and tea are always available. Rooms are extremely comfortable, i would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Cairo or Giza.

It is a property that is far from what they offer, daily power goes out 2 or 3 times. It is not a hotel, they only have the fifth floor enabled. The rooms are small, cleaning is done until you leave, the employees smoke outside the rooms and the smoke penetrates the rooms, their workers talk all night outside the rooms and it is impossible to rest. Announce that the roundtrip airport/hotel transfer is included but it is a lie, they only give you a choice of going or returning and they charge it in dls. It is very disappointing what they offer, this place is not recommended at all. If you go up the stairs it is too dirty, full of cat excrement everywhere.

Staff people awesome, rooms awesome but the location and transportation not good.

The hotel, though advertised as "Pyramids Residence Guest House" on *******, is publicly known as "Pyramids Residents" by its sign on the building entrance next to the street. This is why my taxi driver missed it the first time. From the Cairo International Airport, the only reasonable means by which to reach the hotel is by taxi from the airport. Please make the Arabic language address of the hotel and its phone number available to your taxi driver, who may very well not understand its English address as publicized on *******. Other than the above comments, I have only the best things to say about this small hotel: The free morning meal is surprisingly refreshing and well prepared and the room is clean and best equipped. All staff members, including its kitchen staff, are respectful and most helpful to its guests.
