Hotel berhampiran Daxiangguo Temple, Kaifeng

This was my first trip booked through Trip.com. Firstly, the hotel descriptions were very clear. I opted for Manxin due to its perfect location next to Guluo Square. The night view from the fourth-floor terrace is stunning, and the proximity to the night market is fantastic. The room interior is excellent, with good service. I chose a room on the left side with windows facing the main square building; my child enjoyed staying in front of the window, gazing outside. For Waimai, have robotic delivery service. Overall, I had a great experience throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

第一次來開封花千樹麗呈酒店，服務超乎預期，房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味，房間不太大，但絕對夠用，房間乾濕分離，電動窗簾，飲用水不夠可以跟服務員或前台要，有自己的停車場，還有幾個充電樁，可以停差不多二十多輛車，看停車場保安師傅非常熱心，指揮停車，還幫忙拿行李，下次有機會還來這家酒店。

這家酒店的服務與設施完全超出了我的預期。從踏入大堂那一刻起，我就被其優雅的設計所吸引，前台工作人員的熱情接待更是讓我感到賓至如歸。客房不僅寬敞舒適，而且裝飾精緻，每一處細節都透露出高品質的感覺。更令人驚喜的是，我還能使用洗衣房等，這些通常四星級酒店才能享受到的服務。總之，這次體驗是一次性價比極高的享受，我強烈推薦給尋找奢華住宿旅行者們

I was only here for one-night but I wish I had stayed for longer. The staff were very helpful, and it was a great room. The main attractions, snack street are easily walkable, though an electric bike is better. My favorite snack store was just up the road. I had a really nice stay and when I return I'll stay here again.

It was a nice fairly quiet hotel very close to the amusement park section of Kaifeng. The staff were friendly and the place was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good with mostly Chinese-style fare. A good choice to stay close to the amusement park nearby, which is worth the trip for the late night shows.

這次入住歡愉酒店真的太滿意啦！從踏入酒店那一刻起，就感受到了熱情周到的服務。房間佈置温馨且整潔乾淨，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到天亮。酒店設施也很齊全，滿足了各種需求。另外，地理位置絕佳，出行方便，非常推薦。

臨時決定去開封旅遊，翻了評價就直接定了城市島，預訂後打電話給前台希望能幫忙拼床，前台佳佳姑娘的服務態度非常好，還給我發了詳細的旅遊攻略以及酒店周邊的美食分享。辦理入住時，前台客服的態度很好，給我們升級了帶露台的大房間，還給寶寶送了伴手禮還貼心的介紹了酒店內的遊樂場。客房部的大姐給寶寶送來了小零食和日用品。房間寬敞、設施齊全。按照佳佳姑娘推薦的攻略和美食，完全不踩雷。非常滿意和輕鬆的入住體驗，已推薦給朋友。

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection. However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost. Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

當時看了希爾頓和開元，希爾頓剛開業，帶孩子怕新裝修有味道就選擇了開元。是個連鎖酒店，網上定的標間，晚上到達後主動給升級了房間，房間挺大的，兩張床拼起來兩米四適合家庭親子出遊。酒店送了水果、堅果還有大瓶農夫山泉，每人一碗銀耳雪梨湯孩子愛喝。趕上開封菊花展，房間裏送了一直菊花，點贊。好巧不巧趕上了鄭州三十萬大學生騎行夜襲開封，第二天一早主幹道全是共享單車，完全打不到車，聯繫前台，很熱情的幫助協調酒店車輛，讓我們按時達到開封府，沒有耽誤預約的講解，特別感謝酒店。應該是開封比較老牌的五星級酒店，位置很好，處於博物館和清明上河園中間位置，去哪都方便，而且不怕在內城堵車。個人比較喜歡星級酒店，相比民宿來説，帶長者孩子出行服務更有保障，解決問題的能力更強。酒店的服務人員很熱情，樂於幫助客人並且善於解決問題，點贊，明年菊花節帶娃再來開封還會選擇這家。發點開封照片，開封挺好的，適合週末帶娃出遊。
