I arrived early and expected a long wait, but the front desk assisted me with early check-in – truly thoughtful. I was so satisfied with my first night that I wanted to extend my stay, but the platform showed it was fully booked. I was even considering changing hotels, but the front desk staff were incredibly considerate and proactively helped me coordinate, managing to squeeze in a room. It was truly heartwarming, and I experienced exceptional service. The room facilities were also excellent, all brand new, clean, and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the room was spacious and bright, and the wet and dry areas were well-separated. The attention to hygiene was impeccable, making for a safe and comfortable stay. Moreover, the hotel boasts an exceptionally convenient location with excellent surrounding amenities. Getting around, dining, and shopping are all incredibly easy; it's close to everywhere you need to go – the location is truly unbeatable. There was even a delightful surprise at check-out: the hotel thoughtfully prepared a complimentary gift bag – the attention to detail was impeccable! The entire stay was flawless; the environment, facilities, and service were all top-notch. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, exceeding my expectations. "Choosing this hotel was definitely the right call! Its location is an absolute gem – right in the heart of the ancient city. While there aren't many restaurants right next door, it's just a few minutes' walk to the super popular Drum Tower Night Market, which was incredibly convenient for late-night strolls and snacks. Plus, it's incredibly close to all the main attractions, so you can step right out and start exploring the ancient city, saving a lot of travel time. The biggest surprise was the free parking lot. For those traveling by car, you won't have to worry about parking at all – that's a huge plus! The hotel itself is comfortable and cozy. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and we felt completely at ease during our stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit the ancient city. The value for money is absolutely unbeatable!"

"The hotel was clean and tidy, and the room was cozy and spacious. The location was excellent, and the front desk staff was very welcoming. The room price was also very reasonable, offering great value for money! The front desk proactively provided information about local amenities, which was very thoughtful and made getting around so easy. They offered both disposable and soft cotton slippers, which were super comfortable to wear."

"The room was quite old, the sheets smelled a bit, the showerhead leaked and looked like it had been disassembled, the soundproofing was zero, it felt like staying in a large dormitory, you could hear coughing and talking. I didn't realize the room was only 20 square meters, it was too small, there was no parking, just rows of cars parked in front of the hotel, and the water provided in the room was ice or something from a small, unknown brand, I'd never heard of before. The room was worth at most 100 yuan, but during holidays it was almost 500 people, which was unavoidable, it was really not worth it."

"The hotel's interior environment is decent, with a courtyard style. The advantages are spacious rooms, relatively new facilities, and close proximity to Wansuishan Mountain and Iron Pagoda Park. The downside is unprofessional reception at the lobby; they asked for guest names and other information from afar as soon as we entered, which felt impolite. The room was cold without heating, and while there was air conditioning, if you didn't turn it on, you'd wake up freezing, feeling cold all over your head. Running the AC for too long was also uncomfortable. Someone was changing a baby's diaper in the lobby... it definitely needs some improvements, but it's saved by its price and location."
