酒店周邊環境優美，春節和家人去開封旅遊，訂的豪華親子房體驗非常好👍👍感謝客房部胡金紅還送了自己製作的香包、歡迎水果、卡通造型小毛巾、酸奶、清明上河園給孩子們，前台小姐姐還送了小飛象包，住了兩晚酒店停車場也不收費，自助餐時間到早上十點多，對於帶娃的我非常友好，早上可以睡到自然醒👍👍1.5米的床睡的很舒服，帶孩子的家庭建議自己帶寶寶平時用的小枕頭、房間裏有浴缸自己帶一次性🛀泡澡袋泡澡球，希望對大家有幫助，值得推薦👍👍👍

The hotel has a good looking design. We expected the room to be a bit bigger, but it depends how you count square meters. Breakfast was good. We got a nice departing present, thank you!

第一次來開封，就遇到了一個超級好的酒店，也是真的給了我非常大的驚喜： 第一：酒店的位置很好，門口一條街都是吃的，距離刑家鍋貼很近，去萬歲山，清明上河園開車也就不到20分鐘，交通非常方便； 第二：酒店是去年才開業的，各種設施都很新，大堂很大，老錢風的設計風格，健身房，洗衣房都有，去玩個兩三天的，洗衣服不用發愁了； 第三：不得不説酒店的服務，是真的好，前台小姐姐都很熱情，也很貼心，送了我們清明上河園的捲軸，還有手繪的地圖，前台小哥哥還給我們把行李送到了電梯口，客房大姐還給我們送了小零食，孩子可喜歡了； 第四：酒店房間很大很乾凈，尤其是吹風機很好用，風力很大，帶着孩子去的，還貼心的準備了小童的牙刷牙具，親子帶娃首選； 再有機會去開封，還會來住這家店的,推薦推薦!

I was only here for one-night but I wish I had stayed for longer. The staff were very helpful, and it was a great room. The main attractions, snack street are easily walkable, though an electric bike is better. My favorite snack store was just up the road. I had a really nice stay and when I return I'll stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection. However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost. Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

房間佈局也很適合家庭親子出遊，酒店服務也超讚，給小朋友安排了樂高和小童洗護套裝，裏面有手工皂很貼心，早晨起晚了沒有趕上早餐，和前台説後把早餐送到了房間，拼服務的年代完勝很多酒店。晚上出去玩凍的透心涼，酒店還有中葯泡腳，泡完渾身微微發汗，一覺睡到天亮，下次有機會來開封還會選這家酒店

非常個性的一家酒店，到酒店後耳目一新，前台服務非常主動還沒進門就主動拉開門很親切，有個水吧叫“汽水博物館”，“非遺工作坊”“豫，中不中”等個性文化符號，還有個開封文化牆，設施設備很好熱水壺是即熱型的打消了的顧慮。衞生程度很好床品非常舒服，房間很大；環境也不錯晚上很安靜。很好的一家酒店，出遊首選。

The hotel met my expectations in terms of cleanliness, good location and friendly staff and what surprised me was the artificial intelligence in the room. The terrace was awesome as well.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

帶孩子來開封玩住的很滿意的酒店。環境很好，外觀和大堂看起來就高大上。停車場挺大的，停車非常方便，還有專業的保安給指揮停車。辦理入住時前台人員非常熱情還給孩子贈送了伴手小娃娃。房間乾淨整潔讓人感覺很温馨，而且還提前預熱了空調，空調很暖和進房就覺得很舒服。客房服務人員還送了小童的洗漱包，特別用心。整體來説酒店各方面都挺不錯的，性價比很高，超級滿意！ 設施：設施齊全 衞生：乾淨衞生 環境：高大上 服務：非常熱情
