Hotel Kaiping dengan Gim

The front desk staff are helpful, especially Ms CHENG. We arrived early before 1pm. She politely explained that there was a conference just ended and guests were checking out by noon. Cleaning of rooms was in progress. So we left our luggage at the Concierge and had lunch nearby. When we returned, we were upgraded to the top floor Executive rooms with a nice river view. My friends and I are happy. The hotel is a bit outdated, but rooms are spacious and clean. All the toiletries, daily offer of 2 bottles of water, etc, are sufficient. I would suggest to change 3-in-1 coffee powder to drip coffee as guests are more health conscious nowadays. Nespresso machine is also another option. Buffet breakfast has many choices, but mostly Chinese food. Local dim sum are interesting, but may not preferred by all guests. There is no chef to fry eggs or omelette, but chef cooking soup noodles with many add-ons available. My friends and I noted that many items would not be refilled, or another item would replace the previous one. The coffee machine only offered Espresso or Americano, and I would suggest using more high quality coffee beans. The red date drink tasted very good. My friend also likes the HK style milk tea. There is an outdoor swimming pool, and a gym on the G/F, but air conditioning was hardly felt. It will be better to keep the temperature of the gym at a more comfortable level. My friend tried the massage service on 5/F and enjoyed. Overall, a nice comfortable stay at Pan Tower Hotel. However, we must call a taxi to take us to all sight-seeing spots. Need to use local apps for calling taxis.

The hotel is amazing and Beautifuly breathtaking.... I could stay here for days. The room was well prepared and neat. The bathroom is Squeeky clean...The staff is great and the everything is well prepared. The staff are all very warm and helpful. Everything was great.

Very good hotel, rooms are cheap, clean, big and comfortable. Bed is soft, many pillows. Room has washer, dryer, kitchen, fridge, very good for longer stays. Location is good, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

My 1st time in KP and The receptionist helped me a lot and shared with me how to get around. Very helpful!

Room / service / design / garden been brilliant - unfortunately all facilities are closed. big disadvantage was the breakfast - not tasty - not rich at all - our recommendation is to book the room without breakfast, jump into your car after in the morning and get a local breakfast in a small shop around 1km away from the hotel.

環境：酒店在景區內部，而且吃的東西就在附近，酒店內部的硬件挺好的，裝修不錯，很有民國風，內部該有的東西都有，冰箱裏的飲料不另外收費，傢俱和電器用的材料和產品都比較好。 設施：重點説一下的是酒店的熱水系統，洗澡的過程中忽冷忽熱，兩個房間都這樣，要反覆自己去調冷熱水開關，調好了温度經常變來變去，不知道是水管的內循環問題還是什麼問題。 配套：訂房的頁面説送2大1小的景區門票，在門口出示了訂房的訊息，工作人員就會讓我們進去景區。至於頁面裏面説送火秀紅色婚禮演出各一份，我們住酒店的過程，實際上它是包含了門票，衹要進去了，除了遊船和坐丁丁車，觀看所有的演出其實都沒有另外需要門票或者收費用，這一點我覺得有點誤導消費者。 服務：除了入住的前台一個小妹的態度一般以外，其他所有的工作人員都非常熱情，主動幫忙和給我們告訴一些注意事項。

Overall very new & uses advance technology. Hotel name is actually Ousika, not Osika. Hotel has a clothes hanger in front of the room aircon but it was not told to us & we only realised it on the last day of our stay. Good to have washing machine but too few dryers. Dryer that is dual with washing machine doesn’t dry fully.

The apartment is ideal location and very convenient to access the necessary amenities at surrounding areas. The room is clean and comfortable to stay. Daily service room and the response on the feedback are good. Please keep it up. Few keys are required the owner to improve as below 1) Balcony door couldn't be closed. 2) The shower head holder couldn't be hold the shower head. 3) The bathroom sink is slightly clogged. The water didn't drain down smoothly.

Hotel staff provided excellent services. They are courteous, and professional. Breakfasts were great and we enjoyed the food. Will stay in Changsheng Hotel again for our next trip to Chikan, Kaiping, China.
