美中不足就是房間內的地氈感覺上有點髒，但酒店有提供一次性拖鞋，穿上問題就不大

首先感謝酒店工作人員，這邊是全家出動的旅行行李很多，酒店工作人員從門口開始就已經服務了我們，看到我們在搬行李直接推行李車過來幫助我們了，在辦理入住期間還給倒茶水。房間也很大還特竟給我們安排了一層樓，窗外的夜景也很美，主要附近還有很多飯店便利店，對面就是一個大型的購物中心及商業中心，真好很方便，反正附近應有盡有，是下次還會來的地方

Room / service / design / garden been brilliant - unfortunately all facilities are closed. big disadvantage was the breakfast - not tasty - not rich at all - our recommendation is to book the room without breakfast, jump into your car after in the morning and get a local breakfast in a small shop around 1km away from the hotel.

The family who runs the place masters the art of taking care of their guests. We posses a limited Chinese vocabulary, but with the help of a translation app, and their eagerness to make us feel at home, we had a great time.
The rooms are spacious and clean, we travel a lot and this was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while being in China.
All amenities are supplied (including a snack box in the room!) and everyone has been helpful in ensuring we had all we needed.
Breakfast was generous with many local dishes, ones we, as foreigners, most likely wouldn’t have tried on our own.
The location is very convenient; Zilicun entrance is a 8 min walk. You can easily spend the whole morning in Zilicun to enjoy the scenery before it gets too hot.
Afterwards we came back to enjoy lunch at the homestay - the restaurant serves tasty food.
In the evening the scenery is stunning, a lot of effort has been put in landscaping the garden and the towns main buildings are perfectly illuminated.
The family’s generosity, together with the facilities and the cosy performances at night made our stay very special. Thank you again!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI was upgraded to another Hotel. of the same group: Meitang Hotel. A brand new hotel with spectacular rooms and amenities. The STAFF is INCREDIBLE! They were all great and very helpful. Specially STEVE, a great member of the staff who speaks English and who helped me since with all the necessary informations (and translation!) to arrive to Chikan village. He helped me with the taxi driver when I arrived and when I departed. Great member of the staff! I am really thankful to all the help he gave me. Great experience.

PPengguna TetamuSpecial mention to the front desk who was so helpful and efficient addressing our calls from how to get there from Kaipingnan to arranging a beautiful bday celebration for my mum celebrating her 70th and sorting our transport from Chikan to Zilicun. They do great justice to the hotel and am very grateful for their help.
As a plus, the hotel is new and clean and wonderfully located. All in all, it's an A+ from me!

JJulie SueThe is a charming hotel ideally situated ina small village and close to several of the Historic areas. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They helped to arrange cars (when it rained) and cooking and art workshops for the kids. The cafe has a good selection of delicious, fresh foods — both Chinese and western options— and is a nice place to pass some time with a book and coffee. Free bikes to cycle around the area are a plus. Basic but nice accommodations.

SStevan AntonijevicStay in this hotel was good. Rooms are clean, everything looks new. The stuff was very nice and polite. They spoke a bit of English with us. But anyway, everything was clear and ok.
Breakfast is poor, it is a buffet, but not much to offer. Food was fresh and the restaurant was clean and new. But they only had noodles, couple of different vegetables, eggs, some bread options and that's it. Hotel is not that big, not so many guest and it is not crowded. Which was good.

Few keys are required the owner to improve as below
1) Balcony door couldn't be closed.
2) The shower head holder couldn't be hold the shower head.
3) The bathroom sink is slightly clogged. The water didn't drain down smoothly.

Hotel room is spacious, sound-proofed and clean.
However, we would like to make the following feedbacks and expect for improvement:
(1) Water leakage of the curb at shower;
(2) It was difficult to use TV remote to control the TV. Not sure if it was the battery problem or signal receiving issue
(3) Vending machines at G/F lobby only accept WeChat and Alipay but not AlipayHK
(4) Taste of food in western restaurant can be improved

PPengguna TetamuWe loved our stay in the heart of an old village that is just opening up to tourism. The rooms were big and comfortable with nice hot showers and the service was kind and helpful. It is easy to rent bikes and go explore the countryside as well as the UNESCO sites that are not to be missed (Li Garden and Zili Village are close by). There are a few restaurants in the village and you can even find western coffee . We will surely come again!
