The Elgin Silver Oaks in Kalimpong was a delightful stay for our family with young children. The Elgin family of hotels was able to accommodate a last minute change in reservation at our request and they did so with kindness and hospitality. Our stay at the Silver Oaks was truly outstanding. From the comfortable and spacious rooms to the gorgeous grounds, outstanding and friendly staff to the delicious food - we truly spent a lovely time wandering the grounds and exploring Kalimpong.

We spent one night here and i must say everything was excellent. The location is quite close from the market. As the room is good, excellent and suprisingly comfortable. I will recommend to others

We stayed three nights in the Cozy Suite and this part of our ten-day holiday in the hills were the best. Spacious, tastefully decorated and with a nice bathroom and convenient kitchenette, it felt right at home. This suite has the best view of the other side of Kalimpong and one can just sit on the balcony and chill. The whole property is built on levels, filled with potted flowers and one can potter around the property and engage with the lovely dogs and cats. The complimentary breakfasts are delicious and the staff and owner so welcoming and friendly. Shoutout to Pradeep, Mary and Maurice for making us feel like we belonged there. I would stay here only if i get the duplex room, which is excellent. Amazing view, constant wind, and the lights and everything was perfect. The washroom was clean as well. Only bad thing is that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant
