Hotel 2-Star di Perak, Malaysia

Bilik kecil dan selesa. Katil bersih. Kakitangan yang mesra dan membantu. Ia terletak di Tambun. Starbucks dan Kentucky terletak berhampiran. Terdapat beberapa restoran makanan laut Muslim berhampiran hotel dan kopi Zus juga berdekatan di mana anda boleh mendapatkan kopi segar dan snek.

I recently had my second stay at The Host Hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. Returning here felt like a great choice, as the overall experience was just as comfortable and convenient as I remembered. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxing stay. Everything was in good condition, and the layout made it easy to settle in quickly. The bed was comfortable, and the environment was quiet enough for a good night’s rest. In terms of facilities and amenities, the hotel offers everything needed for a hassle-free stay. From essential in-room features to the general hotel conveniences, everything was easily accessible and practical. It really made my trip smoother, especially since I already knew what to expect from my previous visit. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my second stay here and would definitely consider coming back again. A reliable and comfortable option for anyone visiting Ipoh.

Semuanya baik-baik saja, biliknya sedikit lebih kecil daripada yang kelihatan dalam gambar dan bilik mandi agak kotor, tetapi perkhidmatan dan layanannya sangat baik.

Tempat tinggal saya sepanjang masa setiap kali saya singgah ke tambun ...tempat yang agak sunyi ...hotel bagus walaupun bajet ...berdekatan dengan restoran halal ... Sampai tengah malam ada makanan untuk dimakan ... Kakitangannya sangat baik sopan dan membantu ...nampaknya bilik pertama saya 105 tingkat bawah mempunyai sedikit air menitis... Tindakan pantas menukar bilik ... Sangat mengesyorkan hotel untuk pelancong

The staffs were friendly. Available early check-in with RM20/ hours (which I don’t mind, as long as you can get a room & rest). The room is very comfortable and clean. Quite small for 2 people, but ok la. Bathroom and water pressure are all good, smells great too. If u driving , parking is limited, parking outside of the building & not so safe (possibly for hit & run case). Overall, recommend to stay here.

The place is great and easy to access

Bilik ini sangat sederhana tetapi mempunyai keperluan asas seperti mandi badan, penghawa dingin, tuala dll tetapi tidak berus gigi dan mengetahui ia adalah hotel bajet, maka hanya boleh diterima. Tidak mesra oku kerana tidak mempunyai lif. NAMUN, pemandangan di hadapan hotel adalah INSANEEEE. Berhampiran jeti untuk ke pangkor yang merupakan satu kelebihan. Harga yang sangat berbaloi! Hendaklah menempah kembali jika datang lagi

I have to be honest, this hostel is one of the best that you can find with this modest price, but excellent services. First enter, the counter was having a good chat with a chinese, teen girl who traveled alone in Malaysia. The counter, who is a girl immediately served me as I wanted to place my luggage here before exploring Ipoh . When i check in, around 2pm, (yeah i can check in before 3pm, this is a life saver), an uncle, who served me with care and gave me a tour with their amenities. The amenities were amazing. You can play guitar if you do as they provided at the resting area. You can have a relaxing, comforting hot bath with shampoo and body wash provided. The pillows and bed were cozy... The only thing i am unsatisfied is the attitude of the chinese traveler who sleeps beside me. I can hesr his whispers, saying rude words in chinese (maybe he is having a bad time in Ipoh i guess). The rest, is awesome. If you are looking for a cozy place to stay with home's warmth and modest price, Miner's house is for you.

The BEST hostel I’ve been in my 7 countries Asian trip. The location, the services, the cleaniliness, the attention, all were great. The hotel is on a renovated old building with exquisite details and curated decoration elements. Everything is clean. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are big enough to have your small backpack in it. There’s a curtain for privacy and it wasn’t crowded. The other guest were very mindful of others. This hotel is relatively new, they opened in Nov 2025 so, it’s still getting known in the travel world. You can use the kitchen that has all the implements to cook, store items in the fridge and prepare a breakfast with ingredients that the hotel provides… free, great breakfast! If you need a towel they give you one at no charge… for now. The location is great. You can walk to the old town of the city and Concubine ln. It’s a really nice walk. That part of the city saw a past splendor and the buildings show it. There are several restaurants around, even some fast food. Two things I would review if I was the owner… I waited for an hr before getting my room while other people got settled immediately. My dorm only had 2 ppl in it, the room was ready when I got there. If you have a bed available, just give away even when there’s no the time. It means a lot to the guest that in general has been traveling long hrs, especially if it’s a small place with not many people. The other thing is to teach us (ignorant westerners), how to use the electric shower heater. I couldn’t make it work because I couldn’t find the on/off button. A small sign could have solved my and others’ frustrations. The owners are doing an excellent job at the hotel. I’m planning to come back so I’ll be a guest again at the Brownstone.

Kakak di kaunter hadapan sangat peramah dan senang diajak berbual. Saya menginap pada hari Rabu, dan kebetulan pula ada pasar malam betul-betul di hadapan hotel, memang sangat menyeronokkan. Walaupun lokasinya agak jauh dari pusat bandar, saya dapat menikmati makanan Cina yang sangat berpatutan harganya dan sedap di gerai makan berdekatan. Untuk bergerak ke mana-mana, mudah sahaja jika menggunakan Grab. Ini adalah sebuah hotel yang bagus, dan saya pasti akan memilih untuk menginap di sini lagi apabila saya ke Ipoh pada masa akan datang.
