Прекрасный отель, хоть и не новый, океан виден со всей территории и номеров) вкусные завтраки и улыбчивый персонал! В номере было все необходимое. Видели 1 раз таракана в номере, но это нормально для такой страны и климата… было конечно не приятно и хорошо, что мы уже уезжали на экскурсию 😄

Хороший отель на первой линии океана, расположен вдали от дороги и от города, в несезон поблизости нет кафешек и мест где можно покушать, поэтому питаться придётся в отеле, можно взять шведский стол на обед и ужин.
Пляж у отеля это единственное место для купания в несезон, природный волнорез защищает берег и образует подобие океанского бассейна.
Дружелюбный стаф, быстрое заселение, большой и теплый бассейн, на территории шныряют забавные барсуки/белки, вараны/это стало дополнительным бонусом к отлично проведённому времени. Те кто ищет спокойного отдыха вдали от действительности Шри-Ланки-вам сюда!!

Not a 5 star, maybe 4 star! Had disappointing stay. Beautiful place but not as beautiful and big as the pictures, clean rooms, very kind housekeepers but the staff were not so friendly and tried not help, specially females! we were 2 ladies and asked for ladies pad but they gave us just 1 pad after 2 days and said they don't have any ladies pad in the hotel! how is that possible? even in every public washrooms there is ladies pad too but in a 5 star hotel.. very disappointing. the location is not closed to any pharmacy or supermarket so we couldn't buy it by ourselves and they didn't help us! As a 5 star beach resort no seafood on the menu and also no international food. just local food full of spice and we actually didn't eat any food for 4 days! to everything we ordered, added 30% tax and service charge. what does it mean ”service charge” for a 5 star hotel to bring our order just to our table not even to our room?????!!!!!! also not possible to use the beach because it was very dangerous and there was just 1 man looked at us and didn't seem to rescue us if anything happened! and just 4 unclean plastic sunbeds on the beach, so many dogs slept under them! many many crows were all over the hotel and stole our foods and very scary but everyone just watched and didn't do anything! when we told the manager he just said we can't do anything, watch out your things!!!! no entertainment, no music just some entertainment plans that costs a lot plus 30%!! overall its not worth it to book this hotel. we heard there are many better hotels in the area.

We had our wedding at Tangerine Beach Hotel Kalutara on the 1st of August, 2024, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the stunning location to the exceptional service, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our special day seamless and stress-free. A special thank you to Mrs. Apsara, Mr. Mahesh, and Mr. Sunil for their incredible support throughout the event. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. We highly recommend Tangerine Beach Hotel for any special occasion and are grateful for the wonderful memories they helped us create. Thank you once again to everyone.

Hotel is modern , fresh , well maintained . Perfect for a relaxing vacation with gym , excellent long pool , yoga , sports area . Access to the beach is private and peaceful. Food spread was lavish Nd tasty . Staff is very friendly Nd goes out of the way to help you . We enjoyed the wide spread of food for new years gala dinner . Bar has good choice of liquor. You can take a tuktuk from hotel lobby roam around to see local life . Go to kalatura rich look store or others for cheap but good quality daily wear clothes . Beach is little rough . Spending 5 nights with hotel was relaxing then we moved to bentota to enjoy the beach which is smooth Nd one of the best I have come across travelling world around . Special thank to Tusharri to ensure we had the best stay Nd the personal touch she provided and Mr Prasad Wijesyriya for maintaining the hotel so well . You can always see them around with a smile and ensuring all guests are happy checking on them . Key feature is the long swimming pool . We are staying at Taj bentota now but we found citrus much better with pool , rooms and pricing for quality .

The experience we had in Occidental Eden Beruwala was very fruitful. I spent one night with my wife and my 1 year old son and my kid was the one who enjoyed it most! The hotel is really kid-friendly and the restaurant is also well-equipped with enough feeding chairs. You also can get baby food upon request. We used to dine-in the main restaurant, “Garden of Eden” and all food items were super tasty and with a wide variety. Entire hotel staff is also really friendly and I would like to pass my special sincere gratitude to all of them! Definitely, Occidental Eden Beruwala would be a place where I will return again.

Look and feel: needs a facelift to meet 5 star standards. The hotel registration is still done old school and the reception area needs an upgrade immediately. Urgent attention to fix Mosquito’s. Food and restaurant : Average. More Planning required to manage a crowd of 200+. Facilities: Pool is average. It was a long weekend and no activities , entertainment planned. There’re many minor fixes the hotel can do to make a big difference and come closer to 5* standards. Pool Bar : mock tails and Fruit Juices are Average.

PPengguna TetamuBlue Beach is a MUST visit stay in Sri Lanka. My husband and I had the best time at the venue. The owner and the staff especially Chandra sir were so kind and lovely and made our stay super special. Thank you for an unforgettable experience and especially making our anniversary dinner by the beach so lovely! It was our pleasure to have stayed at the venue. The food was top quality. Stay was super, the view is just something you wouldn’t want to miss!!. Staff is super helpful and the owners are the best!! I’ve never seen any owners being so invested in providing more than Satisfactory stay for the guests. They are very hands on!! Keep up the good work. And once again thank you so much for a wonderful stay. - lots of love, Aishwarya and Sagar. (Guests of blue beach from 26th and 27th December)
