定的早，性價比高，提前到了，多住了一晚，價格比當初預訂的貴了200。早點還可以，有小吃雞蛋格格等。總體比較好。

The kitchen was tiny. Bathroom was dirty. Had to clean the bathtub myself. One of the stove tops werent working. Manager and owner seems to only care about money not customer service. We had a family emergency and had to leave asap. Asked for even a partial refund and they said its busy season they cant give a refund not even for a family emergency so we just left. Never going to stay at another Super 8 again.

When we first arrived, the property itself literally made my stomach turn, and the first thought I had was what did I get us into? The area is not good and the building is old with no real upkeep or properly maintained. Checking in was very awkward and very old school. The room itself seemed clean however we noticed it was actually very dirty and disgusting, and the door didn’t seal closed properly. I am grateful that I bring my own towels because there was only 1 for 3 people. There was a foul musty smell that kept me up all night and I was nervous that my car was going to get stolen or broken into. In the morning after a terrible night sleep, we decided to check out the continental breakfast that consisted of cereal, hard boiled eggs, some toast with an actual toaster. Costco muffins cut in half, and milk in a dollar store jug just sitting out in the open. We couldn’t have gotten out of there faster and went for a better breakfast option. We decided 1 night was enough and wanted to check out. When checking out the gentleman never once asked if there was any problems and refunded us for the second night. The funniest part was another couple were also leaving early and also wanted a refund. Although we did receive a refund it wasn’t exactly half, which would have been fair. For 2 nights it was going to cost $519.68 we received $236.64 back. The cost of this rundown establishment is absolutely insane! I really want all my money back and probably would have caused

Stayed at Super 8 Kamloops and was disappointed. It felt more like a motel, not very clean, parking was tight (especially with a trailer), and very noisy from the highway. On top of that, when checking in the staff took my credit card and typed all the numbers into the computer, which felt very unsafe. If you need to authorize payment, it should be done through the machine, not by writing down people’s card info. Overall, overpriced for what you get.

I was traveling with my family and the rooms were a bit smaller than we expected. The staff was excellent though and the outdoor pool was a lot of fun for the kids.

On thier website it said they had a hottube and when we arrived there was only a pool. Which wasnt a huge deal but when we checked in and went to our room there was already someone checked into it. Properly was run down and a little dirty. The lady at the front desk was helpful when we asked for our money back
