出租車到酒店門口就有熱情的接待 酒店在離金澤站8分鐘左右車程的地方 周邊沒有商業 進了酒店整潔明亮優雅 非要舒服 房間是翻新過了嗎 很新很乾凈 讓人感覺很安心 愉快 酒店衹能提供早餐 到金澤站有交通車 很多班次 早餐自助 有免費洗衣機烘乾機 住在這裏可以受到了周到的款待 住客都安靜有禮貌的 價格雖然比君悦尚萃貴 但是在一些服務細節上超君悦 唯一空調聲響了一點

On a recommendation of a friend, I stayed one night at Sainoniwa Hotel. The hotel experience was exceptional and one of my best hotel stays in Japan. The room was spacious, clean and well-designed with a modern Japanese style and displayed artwork. I immediately felt relaxed and peaceful when I entered the room. I'm a foodie and loved the breakfast which included local Kanazawa food items and creative dishes. It was ranked #2 best breakfasts in Japan but I'm not sure how you can get better?! The service was 5 star. For example, the hotel staff would greet you outside and accompany us to the front desk and room. I had an opportunity to meet the General Manager and I was impressed with his English skills and and warm hospitality. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to my company, family and friends. As we departed, we saw a rainbow over the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is well designed and the rooms are well appointed and spotless. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus from Kanazawa station which takes around 5 to 10 mins and this was very useful. On check in, we were shown to our rooms, informed where everything was and were offered help to book a restaurant for the evening. The breakfast which was included in our package, was a mixture of Japanese including local Kanazawa delicacies and Western offerings. All of it was very tasty. An omelette station was available. The spa is well appointed and very comforting. The service was 5 star. Staff helped us book an excursion, restaurant recommendations within walking distance and reservations. Most importantly, helped us with taxi bookings when my wife fell ill and we needed medical assistance. The hotel location appears a little off the beaten track but a 1000 yen taxi will get you into the centre of town if needed (you can also use the hotel shuttle) and given the quality of the hotel, this is a small price to pay. If I return to Kanazawa, we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely quiet hotel with beautiful gardens. Hot spring spa, wonderful after a day’s sightseeing. Friendly and helpful staff. Useful shuttle bus, 10 minutes into town.

Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely team here. Beautiful room, spa facilities, delicious breakfast and a free shuttle into the town, station twice an hour. The best hotel we stayed at in our 3 week japanese trip, of the seven hotels. To top off their excellent and attentive hospitality they found my glasses in the room after I left. By sending a driver with them they were returned before we left the city. Special mention to interior design and the onsen facility worthy of an expensive health club. Looks out over a garden ( one way glass obviously).

The hotel is very welcoming, the staff are friendly and wish to assist in anything! It's very clean and the breakfast is excelent (western and japanese). A lot of items and services are free of charge: self parking, small ice cream at the spa, coffee at the lounge, self laundry and drying machines, newspapers, iron etc. We have been at thousands of hotels all over the world, even a lot expensive than Sainoniwa, but the service and our feeling is this one desreves the 1st place!!!

Great hotel. Not plush but very good and well equipped room. It is a little out of the way but there is a very good shuttle bus service to the station. The onsen was a delight and they even had mini ice creams for afterwards. So many details considered. Ice machine and extra pillows/blankets available. Great breakfast with too many choices for western and Japanese travellers alike. No restaurant but they offered a good take away service, bringing the food to your door and collecting the dirty plates afterwards.

Clean, quiet n modern hotel! We stayed for just 1 nite. There is free parking for those who drive and complimentary buffet breakfast with good spread. We stayed in semi western and tatami style room for 4. Really spacious and comfortable. There is free shuttle services to Kanazawa station for those who need. There is also public bath for those who would like to try onsen. Highly recommend for those who would like to find accommodation in Kanazawa.
