The place was huge…staff were friendly and helpful. The view is spectacular! Awesome time we had.

Traveling with friends but it's rainy so we stay longer and enjoy the facility. Amazed with the place, and love it. We play at the pools (yes, more than 1 pool) and continue taking pictures at the river. Well, everything was so good, but the fly at the resto during breakfast. Probably, because it is the rainy season, but I believe technology can answer. Got lost at night on the way to the resort since Google Map sent us at the wrong track just next to the entrance. It was scary and dangerous. Hope it can be fixed?

Good services and nice hotel I love the concept of the hotel, its so green 🌴

Locates along to River Kwai Yai and very good environment. It will be convenient if you take your own transportation. Room is clean but the air conditioner is toooo noisy and unable to sleep. Housekeeping staff should inform to Engineer to come and fix. You can hear the noisy voice from A/C louder than other things. TV remote control’s batteries should be changed ASAP, couldn’t change channels or volume adjustment. Warm water doesn’t work, please go and check. We did go to dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. We ordered Thai Omelet with Pork (Kai Condo) which was too oily and greasy. Yum Woonsen is not tasty, only spicy taste but doesn’t have other tastes at all. Pork belly and fried rice with pork were yummy. Limited choice of breakfast items. Overall I satisfied to stay here.

The suite room is amazing. Big room with Jacuzzi.

We booked Tent (11)and we loved it. Even though the inside tent is not that clean but acceptable! The air was cold and bed’s comfy. The shared-bathroom area was aged need to fix to make it perfect. Breakfast was nice

🏞️ Nice view and good food at the Riverside Restaurant. 👍 we drove here as it’s not that close to the city center. But that’s a good thing as the environment here is as close to nature as you can get. The amenities are nice and the gardens, trees, and decor is well maintained. 👍 🥘 The dinner at the restaurant was a highlight. Loved the food, service was great as well. We left a tip as well… genuinely wanted to thank the servers. 😊 — The not so good part is the room - felt a bit old and the shower water pressure in the Junior suite room was low. The water heater seemed to be faulty as well. 😞 not a big issue… but just leads to a poor guest experience. There were other nicer looking room we saw… but I guess we booked the older ones… it wasn’t obvious from the room photos. 😢 —- Rooms I stayed in the Junior Suite… and 🥲 it’s a bit old room from the looks of it. Room amenities were fine though. There weren’t any power outlets near the bed / bedside. Making it a bit difficult to charge and use the phones / laptop. WiFi speed was good. 👍 and the room was well lit with a nice (distant) view of the river. Food & drinks The Riverside Romance restaurant is pretty good. The included breakfast was okay.. not amazing. 🥲 The omelette was nice though 👍 breakfast buffet options included: eggs, grilled pork, fried dough (patongo), bread and croissant, ham and sausages, fried rice and vegetable soups. Noteworthy details The view is pretty amazing 🤩. As a nature lover… it’s great. Just beside the River…it’s serene and beautiful. 👍👍👍 —- Anyways, overall, a decent stay and a pleasant experience driving around. Nice places and themes for taking photos as well. This is a good place for group activities though. Vast areas and nice place to enjoy with teams. 👍 Have a nice trip. -PP 🌱

Worst breakfast we ever had. Started in a Pool Villa and the pool was dirty throughout the stay. They cleaned it once upon asking.

Good for families with large swimming pools and excellent breakfast. Hotel room was also of about the right size for a family of 4.

It's nice having welcome fruits. Overall cleanliness is good. However, the place is quite isolated, therefore, this is not much option for dinner other than a few places nearby the hotel.

I was there 2PM and was waiting for an hour for the room to be ready and the room got unpleasant smell so I was asking to change to another room which I had been waiting until 5PM...and not heard any apologies at all..... Also breakfasts were not so good and I got disturbed by insects all of the time... Not recommended

Awesome experience.... Riverside view is very good and very good breakfast... Worth for money...

Room is quite old, My bath room get some water leaking from above (not sure is it dirty water from room above or not) Service of restaurant in this hotel is quite bad taking wrong oder,taking so long for easy request we asked for ice more than 3 times(30mins). we need to walk to bar to get it and restaurant was closed without notice last oder.
