Ulasan Amaya Lake Dambulla

An absolute gem of a place! Right on a beautiful serene lake, lots of wildlife running about, the breakfast was delicious. Thilki & Malata along with the rest of the staffs were wonderful, always helpful, thank you for your exceptional services. We had the BEST time!

I had an excellent experience with my stay in Amaya, a beautiful place to relax and yummy buffet breakfast with many regional food to choose. The room was definitely the biggest I’ve ever been and very clean. I would definitely recommend and come back again

房間好大好驚艷，800多的價格豪華的享受，院內風景優美，令人不想離開，院子很大，來回餐廳需接駁車接送，打電話很快就派車，真該多住幾天，已推薦

酒店風景此行中最美，每一幀都是一幅畫。就是房間內部設施比較舊了，床品只有床單和枕頭，毛毯在櫃子裏，需要電話讓前台送被子。晚餐有樂隊，氛圍非常好。

もう一度泊まりたいと思うくらい素晴らしいホテルでした。 敷地内は広く、緑の中にコテージがあり、猿や鳥がいました。湖沿いなので、とても綺麗な景色が広がっています。 バスタブのバルブが壊れていてお湯がすぐなくなってしまうとか、食事が届くのが遅いとか、朝食のバリエーションが少ないというのはありましたが、 頼むと早朝からお弁当を用意してくれ、大変助かりましたし、フロントもレストランのスタッフもとても親切でした。日本人の団体客もいました。

ロケーションは素晴らしいが、シャワーのお湯が出ない、WLANの信号が弱すぎて拾えない問題の解決に4回もフロントへ連絡する必要があった。

環境一流，服務殷勤，開門就有小猴子成羣結隊的奔跑。硬件設施欠佳，不提供拖鞋，沒紗窗，開窗有蚊子，不開窗有異味。

地點太偏了，出去很不方便，衹能打突突車之類的，而且是比pickme高兩倍的價格才行，還需要給司機付款額外的小費。飲食方面不太適合吃中餐的人羣，其他的方面都好。

酒店坐落在一個美麗的湖畔，綠樹成蔭，白鷺成羣 ，令人陶醉～早餐非常非常棒～是這次蘭卡之旅最滿意的酒店～

非常好的環境，優美風景。岀入也較好。餐飲的品質，口味也很好。很有特色。親子房的單人床也太小了。特別是衞生間的坐便器發黃。真的把酒店拉下很多。

This is a huge resort property with individual bungalows. Ours was large and clean. It is a hike to the bungalows so mobility impaired folks would need assistance. The property is by the lake with nice sunset views. It looked like boats were available but I don't know if you needed to pay extra or have a boatsmate. There were bikes available but we didn't feel the roads were safe to ride on. There is also a nice playground for kids. The pool is lovely and the pool staff attentive. Because this is a large property, it's buffet dining. The staff tries to keep up but it seemed like it was always quite a wait to get drinks. The offerings change daily and they are extensive. However, we found the execution often lacking. The beef, chicken, and pork dishes had very tough meat. The beef Wellington had soggy crust and dried out tough meat. The pasta sauces were very bland. In general, the food seemed under seasoned. The dessert area always had a beautiful array of tasty desserts. The hotel went all out for Christmas activities and the garden area looked lovely with all the holiday lights.
