Stayed in room 600 which was amazing. Restaurant was good. Outside areas are very nice. The rest of the hotel common areas seem dated. Staff are very friendly

This is our second visit to this hotel this year and we will always stay here when visiting Kandy. Excellent hotel with great food, personalized service, extremely friendly staff, clean and big rooms with great views. Great team taking care of the hospitality industry well so the guests will keep returning to this wonderful location. Cheers to Earl Gunasekara and his super team at this hotel.

Great service. A 3 star hotel that has the attempted services of 4 or 5. Rooms are a very great value. Clean and has everything you need. Restaurant and bar are a bit overpriced and distance to central Kandy is far if that is a concern.

康提是個山城，房子基本上都是依山而建。這個酒店其實像個度假村，在河邊，旁邊沒啥景點也沒啥住户。河水流急，花香鳥語不絕，聲音還挺熱鬧的。一到晚上，酒店附近烏漆嘛黑，找個小超市買個東西都至少三公裡外。住宿樓好像是三四層，花園裡有個小的游泳池，坐在陽台上滿眼是翠綠的山景和花園景。一大早出來溜達，拿手機拍了得有二十種不同的花！美中不足是房內設施比較老舊。

非常糟糕的酒店，基本設施都沒有！服務人員素質低，根本沒有服務理念。強烈鄙視這個酒店！性價比超級低，不能去住！！！

Beautiful views from the balcony in the rooms. Huge beds and good size rooms. Bathroom was abit old and mouldy also didn't have hot water but it was sorted out timely. The buffet dinner was very nice and great ambience we ate outside by the pool side view. People very helpful and friendly

Very nice and quiet hotel with nice pool and spa, excellent buffet for dinner and breakfast and nice view to the mountains. We spend only one night here but enjoyed the calmness and the good food as well as to relax at the pool. Will come back if we are in Kandy. Late Check out was possible.

Very cosy and modern hotel with an amazing view and a good location. The singhalese food variation was a bit low in comparison to other hotels. The food covers a wide spectrum of European and Asian food and the quality is good. The personal is very friendly and especially Angi made our stay here even more comfortable and convenient.

I went for a dinner with my mom to celebrate her 50th birthday. I ordered a meet meat pizza and a nasi goreng and it was beyond delicious and they made us a wonderful scrumptious bento cake. It was janidu who served us and his service was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much earl’s regent for making this night lovely.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious.Breakfast is delicious The staff were friendly and helpful especially Mr Ruwan,who arrange surprise birthday party for my mum. Really thankful to him and for all staff in Restaurant . The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre."

My son and his wife from US stayed in this hotel for 3 days and we visited them for dinner on 23rd December. We were visiting from Canada. We had to take a cab at 10pm and asked the reception for help as our phone was not working. There were about 5 people at the reception and they were not at all helpful talking among themselves and totally ignoring us....until this lovely young lady Hiruni came and helped us call a cab. The staff at the reception needs training to be courteous to the customers.

Dilhani and Nimasha do an amazing Ayurvedic masssge which was a highlight of our stay. So good to have a swim and relax by the pool taking in the green hills Kandy. Great views and service at this hotel. Very peaceful location. Really enjoyed our time here.
