一切都不錯，服務態度非常好。就是房間空調噪音較大

老牌五星酒店，坐落於斯里蘭卡母親河馬哈威力河，是康提人結婚必選酒店，英式服務標準很贊，相較於其他斯里蘭卡酒店，入住退房都很快，軟件服務彌補了設施有點舊的不足，值得推薦

Trust me this hotel is so dam good better than any other 5 star property in Kandy. Magnificent rooms, elegant bathrooms. Balconies facing the Kandy river is so serene. The best is their buffet of breakfast and dinner it is so vast that it would take hours to check out everything. I loved the ambience and the food. The staff is very friendly and accommodative . Special mention to the restaurant supervisor Anjana who was very helpful and the bar attender Asinka who always treated you with a smile. Kudos to the entire team. Only one glitch the restaurant area has flies during rainy season.

Had a lovely time at Mahaweli Reach Hotel. The stay was comfortable, lovely hotel with beautiful views, very clean and comfortable rooms. Food was lovely. Staff. All staff was very friendly and attentive, specially Kamal and Shemal. Thank you for everyone for making our stay pleasant and memorable

The staff treated us wonderfully and fulfilled all our order and were kind to my children, specials thank for Nadeesha,, I advise everyone to come here .. the best hotel in kandy..old house hotel and elegance.. my kids very happy with swimming in swimming pool

Brilliant food, buffet had a wide assortment and accommodation is very pleasant (I especially love the view from the balconies) and well maintained. The staff are very friendly staff - Nadeesha’s service is excellent and she was a wonderful hostess in our time here !!!

Beautiful property on the banks of a river. We got a room with a balcony on the river Great service, great staff . Very helpful. The food was excellent. We would have liked to spend more time here but had to leave after one night as per our schedule. If we had known how good this place was we would have planned differently. If anyone is looking for a few days of total relaxation and serenity, this is the place to stay. Of course there is a great swimming pools , bar etc

Excellent customer service in all areas. The Hotel is well maintained & very clean. The Staff is very polite & helpful. Specially Anjali the Restaurant Hosts is very polite & excellent customer care provider. I would say she is one of the Best staff I ever met.

Excellent food & excellent customer service. Specially Nadeesha & Kavindu gave us a super service. Room service is good, clean & had all the facilities. The pool area is superb. The Hotel is well maintained & has natural beauty all around..

We were a large group staying at this great hotel. We were in Kandy for a school reunion and attended several well executed functions at this hotel.  However, what makes a great hotel, extraordinary are their staff. This is where this hotel truly shines  across all departments- Front Office, Bell boys, Restaurant staff and chefs and Housekeeping. A special mention must be made of Kavisha. She was exceptionally helpful with her cheerful and winning ways. It is evident that this hotel invests in their staff and training takes pride of place.  The breakfast buffet was mind boggling. One did not know where to start- the choices available were truly huge. No one could possibly leave unsatisfied. The chefs did a great job displaying their skills and craft. I strongly recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable and memorable stay in Kandy.

A wonderful hotel with great views and lovely staff. My family and I loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer! The rooms were comfy, stunning and the food was delicious. The staff were very welcoming and tentative. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kandy.
