Ahr Shivaay Morex- A Vegetarian Hotel

Sachin took exceptional care of me while I stayed at the hotel. He was kind, thoughtful and considerate in all his actions. He got me the best medical advice available as I was not well. He stayed with me throughout the day when I was in hospital for a thorough check up. I admire his humanity and sense of brotherly care.

Nice new property near the Bhagsu market. Clean and well appointed rooms with new decor. Being a pure vegetarian place was a big draw for us, they certainly took care of us well in terms of food. Chef went above and beyond to customise the dishes per our needs. Staff in the restaurant needs more training on customer service and speed. This is a no frills place. We had the family suite and the view from the room was average but can’t complain. Overall a good stay at a reasonable price.

One of the best experience in Mcleodganj staying at this hotel. Thet take care of every single bit while servicing their guests. At popular destinations like Mcleodganj Bhagsunag, such hotels really help to make amazing lifelong memories.

Hotel was beautiful and staff was very co-operative .Food provided was delicious 😋. Hotel's location was very convenient from the starting point of triund trek. It's recommended to stay here for a pleasant stay.

It was nice stay in this hotel ,staff is cooperative, food was delicious, neat and clean rooms, breakfast was good, located near temple, dual was helpful. Overall it is recommended hotel . Thanks to management.

Booked for 3 nights via *********** based on excellent reviews on TripAdvisor. We were traveling from US to watch cricket. We had very bad experience and had to leave the next afternoon ended up paying for the whole stay (it was around 48k for 3 night stay). First day when we got to our first room 305 the room didn’t looked clean, the dark blue sofas had food stains, but the worst thing was the bathroom curtains had black Mould on it, the commode seat was loose you couldn’t sit on it. We immediately informed the manager Raj and he assigned us to another room 205. This room looked little cleaner but still had the black Mould in the shower curtains (see pics) the carpet was significantly dirty. Added to that the cable tv wasn’t working as they hadn’t recharged. When we bought this to Raj’s attention he wanted to know if we can watch TV in one room (it was family room which had two separate bedrooms) we didn’t agree and he got us cable on both rooms. At night when we tried to take shower there was no hot water, they sent a guy to check and he had to repair something so we got hot water. There was no Ac remote in one room and one tv remote wasn’t working. Given all this and the amount we payed we weren’t happy, we left the hotel and had to pay for the whole stay which isn’t fair. I have filed a complaint with ***********. There is no safe in the rooms, no iron box. The bathroom is a wet bathroom with no separation between the commode and shower. Overall a very bad experience.

Luxury hotel with all facilities, air conditioner works on both mode (heating and cooling). Very spacious, neat and clean rooms. Food was amazing. Must take kashmiri dam alloo. Staff is very prompt to respond, Manager Raj is very helpful and cooperative person. Parking for personal car available front of hotel. Thanks to hotel and management.

I have stayed 3 times and like always we felt like home, staff is of very helping nature. very courteous team at front office , I meet Mr Raj he personally take care of us. waterfall is walkable from hotel. we enjoyed so much . like the hotel and management.

A veg hotel is very rare to find at tourist and hill station but if you are looking veg hotel Shivaya morex is the best choice. We had great pleasure here and enjoyed my trip.. Staff take care us like a family members. Thnkew Mr Raj to providing us local information.
