I recently stayed in this room and had a wonderful experience! the room was: - immaculately neat and clean - perfectly family-friendly, with ample space for everyone - extremely comfortable, with all necessary amenities the hospitality was top-notch, and the location was convenient. The location of the hotel is good and you can experience both sunrise and sunset from here. However the condition of the room does not justify the price you have to pay. The washrooms are tiny and not satisfactory. No amenities were provided including water which was only provided with extra payment. The linens were worn out. This hotel is as close to the sea as it’s possible. It is an ideal location to view Sunrise and Sunset at the most southern tip of India. The hotel facilities are very good. Maybe the hotel looks a little tired but it suited our needs very well. Meals were very good and food was served piping hot which was great. There was a misunderstanding regarding serving alcohol at dinner time. We were not able to purchase a beer in the main restaurant, we could buy a beer at the bar. We didn’t realise you could also have the same meals in the bar area. We only understood this after finishing our meal with a lime soda. Maybe a better explanation would have helped us. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. There a swimming pool, gymnasium and nice garden and the hotel also has a good spa facility for various treatments. I rate this hotel excellent overall

The stay was awesome with a highly competitive rate. We have taken 4 rooms and the staff especially the manager his name was jayaraj have taken care well above our expectations. The main attraction was their cleanliness and also they have provided us the facility to keep our luggage in a room even after the checkout. Our checkout time was 10. 00 am however the manager made necessary arrangements to keep our luggage and to freshen up till 4. 00 o'clock. That was really great as we were travel-ling with our families and ladies. I would like to thank all the staff especially the manager for taking care of us.

Reading my stay of tonight's i found the housekeeping department has then fabulous work by providing us all needful things to stay i really appreciate the work efforts of housekeeping the prices are quite higher comparative to other but the price is every paining worth

I have booked the hotel thru GoIbibo, during booking i have enquired directly with Hotel the charges were different approx 500 higher than Goibibo. During Checking the reception team were very good and very supportive. Rooms were clean, bedsheets and Toilet were fine too. But the Towel was an issue. When i spoke to the reception he mentioned that all the towels are brand new due to this too much of Lint in our faces after bathing. informed and got it replaced with other set of clean towels. I believe they have G+ 4 floors unfortunately Goibibo booking landed us in 2nd floor. view wise it is ok sea view but if it was higher then it could have been better. They have their own restaurant and ordered sizzelers not the best but they tried atleast. Rooms service was very prompt. they have issue during the staff changing in Restaurant. Please collect the name of the person in the restaurant during your room service order. AC was good sufficient Very close to the boating spot

Just coming out of this hotel after a stay of two days with our family. Checked in a best luxury rooms with 3 bed and double toilets. It was like a get together with our family. The Bed,with extra height mattress gave us a big comfort for us as we had travelled from Chennai by Road. Room Service from their kitchen was prompt,hot and delicious. Room AC was quiet. The interior were also outstanding. Thanks to Mr.John who had trained their Staff in an excellent way. 5 out of 5 is my rating. Superb hotel to stay in front of Railway station.

Hotel is at the best location but not the best hotel to stay in. Rooms aren’t that neat just above average lodge setup as bathrooms are very congested and tiny. Food from curry is superb also bad thing is delay in supply of food.

The devil, they say, lies in the details. Sometimes you understand how good or bad a place is, based on tiny details. So, upon entering, I saw that the numbers of the room had been broken, and nobody had bothered to replace it. That is an indication of how poor the service can be. When one is not bothered to even repair something this basic. The airconditioner is shown in the photo. Barely works. There is no fan either. So, we had to spend a night with bare minimum cooling, in a room which was smelling bad, since the cushion covers and bedsheets were dirty, despite the management claiming that they have been changed. I dare not put a step in the restaurant, but we ordered a basic toasted bread with butter and jam. Guess what? The bread was barely toasted. The butter was given separately and it was hard. After that, we asked the room service to clear the dishes. Nobody came for an hour. So I kept the dishes outside my room. In the morning, it was still there. This is the level of service. The toileteries were used, and substandard quality. Nobody had bothered to replace the used body wash bottle (photo attached). The mini-fridge in the room is absolutely dirty. On top of it all, they charged us Rs 5500/ night through direct booking. The price was almost half on MakeMyTrip. This is cheating the customers. Overall, absolutely zero value for money, poor service, poorly maintained hotel. It is better to stay in a small lodge than this place.
