It is located on the main road, very near to the beach hardly 800 metres. Railway station is also nearby. They have good sea facing rooms. They also have a terrace from where you can see the sunrise. Rooms are spacious neat and clean. Service was also very good. My stay was comfortable and i would love to stay here again.

The location of the hotel is good and you can experience both sunrise and sunset from here. However the condition of the room does not justify the price you have to pay. The cleanliness of the entire property was outstanding. My room was spotless, and it was clear that hygiene and sanitation are a top priority here
as for the amenities, everything promised was delivered. The facilities, including the gym, wifi. Note wifi is not provided in the room but only on the floor as the router is near the staircase overall, i highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stay that combines budget, cleanliness, and top-notch service as i had early checkin. I will definitely be returning!

We stayed in a family room with four bebs. The room was quite spacious and clean. The stay was comfortable. Only problem is the hotel have no restaurant and in our case there was heavy rain in kanyakumari and we could not go out for dinner in time. The nearby restaurants were all full with heavy line. The sea view from room was from a little distance not near the sea.

I had selected a sea view room, the best location, room was clean and well maintained. Staffs are very helpful and provided service understanding our requirements. Very helpful for seniors like us. We were welcomed with a fruit bowl as a compliment. Food was average and there were many choices in and around the hotel. People with the interest of visiting temples try to visit suseendram temple 14 km from kanyakumari, a must visit place.

I was apprehensive, reading some of the other reviews. But i am glad to say that my experience was exceptional. Location is unique, with easy car accessibility and near the beach road. Lobby, dining area, lift, stairwell and room were very clean and immaculate. Towels, ac, bathroom accessories all were provided. Comfortable spring beds and fresh linen. Wifi worked without a hitch. I had breakfast, evening tea and dinner at the hotel, and i was pleased to see that all were cooked well. Even the sandwich i ordered was fresh. Of course, the view of bay of bengal from the rooms is great. It was overcast during my stay, but if you are lucky you can view the sunrise from the room itself! overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay, and i would recommend to all.

Property right near the sea, very close to the temple and boat boarding point. My room was 504 with view to the Vivekananda and Thiruvalluvar rocks. Rooms are clean and large with clean bathroom. Sufficient parking opposite to the hotel. No restaurant in the hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a value for money stay.

WWander57605557187There's an old expression: 'The cheapest is not always the bestβ. Well the Ramraj Residency in Nagercoil just happens to be possibly the cheapest hotel in its class, AND the best. Situated up a quiet lane this very elegant hotel will definitely surprise you. 24 excellently appointed spacious a/c rooms have all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. Wifi, toiletries, towels, high quality bedding, hair-dryer, kettle, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cups, a TV, telephone, tables, chairs, wardrobe, plenty of plugs, a safe, even a USB outlet! And on top of all this, a free buffet breakfast. The 4th floor multi-cuisine a/c restaurant has good food at very reasonable prices. The staff of the hotel from room boy to receptionist to manager are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There's plenty of parking space for the Indian visitors and their vehicles. The upkeep and maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms is clear to see. Nothing is broken, cracked, missing or out of order.....unlike several hotels in India. A definite 5-star feeling for a budget price. Enjoy your sojourn at the tip of India.

The rooms are OK, there is sometimes warm water in the showers, and there is a good basic breakfast with idlis, puris etc.; beds are comfortable but the sheets are old and greying. But several of the amenities advertised are not in fact offered: there is no shuttle from the airport (with or without extra charge); there is no laundry service; there is no housekeeping service; there is no gym; there is no restaurant (except for breakfast); rooms are certainly not soundproofed! So be really wary of what is advertised everywhere online. They do not respond to queries online, so donβt try. Phone enquiries will get a brusque response.

A good hotel with a very responsive staff. The hotel has very good spacious rooms, the furniture and fittings in the rooms are not lavish, but are of good quality. Almost everything works, the AC is powerful and keeps the room cool, the staff responds quickly. The in-house restaurant: Blue Wings, is small but is clean, and the food is tasteful. The restaurant ***ager is conversant in English, the rest of the staff are not that fluent. The ***ager is a very good and hardworking ***. When we were checking out, he didn't allow us to carry our luggage, and although he was a little short staffed, he rolled his sleeves and himself transported our luggage till our car,

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is as close to the sea as itβs possible. It is an ideal location to view Sunrise and Sunset at the most southern tip of India. The hotel facilities are very good. Maybe the hotel looks a little tired but it suited our needs very well. Meals were very good and food was served piping hot which was great. There was a misunderstanding regarding serving alcohol at dinner time. We were not able to purchase a beer in the main restaurant, we could buy a beer at the bar. We didnβt realise you could also have the same meals in the bar area. We only understood this after finishing our meal with a lime soda. Maybe a better explanation would have helped us. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. There a swimming pool, gymnasium and nice garden and the hotel also has a good spa facility for various treatments. I rate this hotel excellent overall

PPengguna TetamuI have stayed in this place more than 3-4 times in the past 5 years. It used to be a good place to stay and used to offer decent breakfast too. This time, I found the room in worst shape possible, cockroaches inside the room and corridor, dirty bed covers and towels etc. etc. They also stopped offering breakfast. There is almost no housekeeping in this hotel now. Please avoid this hotel until they renovate and improve housekeeping. Its in a great location but not worth staying for that reason alone.

One morning there was difficulty of water availability in toilets, but it is appreciable anyways that the staffs are trying there best to accommodate everyone. Check out is 10am but though we reached at 1pm, we where forced to wait for some 20 minutes for the check in, that much crowded it was and may be it's because of the peak time (we went on december. Hotel food is good. Importantly never it is worth for rs. 22447. We booked for 2 days for 2 rooms for rs. 22447- and that is really expensive because nothing for that is there in this hotel.
