Hotel Perniagaan di Kaohsiung

my second stay in this hotel, good location nrar the tourist attractions Pier 2 , Love river and Kaohsiung harbour etc., also 500m walk from the nearest metro bars and restaurants all within walking distance. this time i arrived early(abt 10.30am) with the typhoon and rain outside, the guy in front desk kindly enough to let me in the room. also good to mention is the interior of the place is nice , will stay if i visit Kaohsiung again

It is extremely close to the Xinxi Elementary School MRT station and the location is fantastic!!The hotel is relatively new and the facilities are all new and good.It doesn't provide complementary breakfast but it's easy to find a place to eat.

Great location, super convenient. Very close to highway n Weiwuying. Definitely the best choice if you are traveling to KH for concerts or performances in Weiwuying!

The location is good. Easy access to Pier 2 and walking distance to Liuhe Night Market. Family Mart is nearby. Love the hotel interior decoration and the bed is very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is great, easily found and convenient. However, The hotel door have a massive gaps at the bottom which I’m not sure if it’s actually meet the fire regulations, also I was near to the lift so it’s quite nosy. The bed was quite big and comfy and the room size is good.

We was gladly appreciate the staff given us upgrade to a two queens beds. We love the hotel as it was pretty nice and cosy. There is free laundry and dryer available. They also give customers free ice-cream. Thank you.

立地：最寄りMRT前金駅から徒歩7～8分くらい。橘線なので、高鐵からも空港からも乗り換えが必要なのは不利な条件。七賢二路という大きな通りに面している。セブンイレブンは交差点のはす向かいに100mくらい進んだところにある。六合夜市の反対側？の入口まで徒歩10分あまり。あれこれ見ながら歩くと気にならない距離。 部屋：きれいでした。広いわけではないけれど窮屈さを感じるほどでもない。スーツケース置き場はあった。シャワールームもきれいだが、トイレと仕切りがないため、びっちゃびちゃになる。耐えられない方は避けた方がいい。水圧はOK。 TV：チャンネルは何十もあった。台湾のTVはもちろん、スポーツ、ドラマ、映画などのチャンネルも見られる。 アメニティ：飲料水2本とお茶のティーバッグあり。狭い台になぜか空気清浄機と一緒に置いてあり、なおさら狭い。なお歯ブラシ・かみそりなどのアメニティは、私が泊まった2024年末まではありましたが、2025年1月からは禁止されるため、自分で用意しましょう。 朝食：地下1Fで食べる。品数は全部で15～20品ほど。ご飯、おかゆのほかに自分で作る担仔麺のブースがあり、これらは温かい。しかし、その他のおかずは温められていない。もっと温かかったらもっとおいしかっただろう。私は食べていないが、パンなどもあった。 その他：カップラーメン2個無料券をもらった。1F奥のスペースで、コーヒー・紅茶、ポップコーン、クッキー、包子、アイスクリームなどが無料で提供されている。夜ごはんから帰ってくるとそのスペースの円卓で、提供されているものをアテにして(おそらく持ち込んだ)お酒を飲まれている方がいらっしゃって、驚いた。

We checked-in relatively late in the evening and unable to have both rooms on the same level. The receptionist was kind enough to explain every details. Room wise, its indeed spacious and clean, with a great view of Kaohsiung. However, during our first breakfast at their restaurant, their staffs didn't communicate well. We told one of their staff that we wanted a table near to the window and he told us he will clear the table for us and told us to grab our food. When we came back, someone else sat on our table and claimed that the other staff brought them to this table. it was such a bad and inconvenient experience. During second breakfast, found a baby cockroach in their century egg porridge. The only solution that provided was to recook the pot of porridge. feels like the restaurant service is definitely lacking.

호텔에서 무료로 제공되는 아이스크림 및 커피도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 조식 포함이어서 조식을 먹어보았는데 서양식과 중국식이 섞인 조식으로 맛도 훌륭했습니다. 방도 매우 청결하고 침구도 매우 깨끗했으며 외관에 비해 매우 청결했습니다. 직원분들도 중국어를 못하는데도 항상 도와줄려고하셔서 감사했습니다. 매우 만족힌 숙소입니다.

高雄玩3天2夜 113-12-15入住15-16-17日-3天. #康橋商旅--午後3點後入住（住2晚）. 13：45--先辦理入住寄放行李✅ 晚上21時遊玩後回來入住✅607房 入住前//退房後✅ 可以寄放行李✅ 四人房有兩台電視✅ 房間清潔度優✅ 房間安靜度優✅ 房間冷氣度優✅ 吹風機在衣櫥內. 自帶吹風機未使. 有市景大片窗戶. 但是不能打開喔. 早餐很普通基本幾樣菜色而已！ 有下午茶宵夜簡單點心冰淇淋供應！ 沖泡的茶類咖啡機冰淇淋可食用！ 不主動提供牙刷牙膏一次性盥洗用品！ 沒有帶盥洗用品可以跟櫃台索取！ 唯一缺點❌ 快煮壺內“有粉類”？？ 不知是何物？？ 自行清洗2次後使用--再煮開水！ 瓶裝水~個人都煮過放冷再喝比較安心. 退房前詢問！！ 可能是水垢？？ ？？？？？？ 滿意度極高的連鎖商旅！ 才來入住的！很可以優！ 可以再次入住！
