Airline Inn is right outside the Kaohsiung Station with public transportation accessible to all over the city and adjacent cities. Artistically decorated and ergonomically designed, our room has the lav separated from a large showroom and toilet. USBs and light switches are conveniently located within a well thought out nightlight. Pillows and sheets are new and of high quality. The room design provides several counter spaces to hold luggages unlike most other hotels. The breakfast is typical of Chinese that we love but may not for Westerners.
The only issue we had was the little chaos and detour in front of the hotel duo to the walkway construction and the Kaohsiung station construction. Once completed the hotel would be solid 4-star rated. Regardless, Airline Inn is a great choice for Kaohsiung travelers.

櫃檯人員態度很好，提前將行李放置櫃檯跑去沙灘踏浪，再回來行李已經送進房間了，冷氣也開好一進門立刻感覺暑氣全消，很貼心的服務。
房間很乾淨、寬敞，面海的景色讓人心曠神怡。
自助式早餐選擇多，也很美味。
整體的住宿體驗是令人很滿意的，有機會一定會再次訂購住宿的。

由高雄台鉄站步行10分鐘就到，比較過附近的酒店這家是我心目中最好的！性價比超高！第一晚的房間比第二晚大一點，但都可以接受！因為我來台5天，頭尾天都要待在高雄，方便落機落腳回港時間儘在我掌握之中！下我來台我都會再訂，前台二天都得有禮貌&健談！滿意這間酒店！5星滿分我給3.5星！

服務態度一流，裝潢也很好，用品及不同細節安排都很體貼。可惜，預訂了最大的房間，說明有窗，可惜到了現場才說有窗，但看不到外面，形同「黑房」，完全看不到外面，房間一整天都很黑，這一點很失望，畢竟不便宜。😵💫

Kali ini saya menempah hotel ini kerana anak melihat penilaian sebelum sekolah bermula dan ia adalah baik, dan saya juga berterima kasih kepada perkhidmatan pelanggan kerana membantu menyelesaikan masalah.
Perkhidmatan di kaunter adalah mesra semasa saya mendaftar masuk, dengan syarat hotel ini mempunyai sejarah selama 50 tahun, dan bangunan itu mempunyai banyak identiti selama ini.
Saya tidak pasti tentang ini. Anda boleh rasai dan fahami sendiri. Tempat-tempat indah di sekitarnya juga sangat dekat.
Kereta api ringan, pusat muzik pop, dan anda juga boleh menaiki bot cinta untuk melawat Sungai Cinta. Terdapat panduan profesional untuk menerangkan, keseluruhan suasananya bagus!
Anda masih perlu mengalaminya sendiri.

Great place to stay. We're a family of 4 and have a wonderful holiday stay. Breakfast choice varies everyday. There's also top floor for washing clothes and drying.

櫃台的服務人員服務態度超好！入住時根據我們的情況幫我們調整房間，另外一樓的早餐很好吃，中午或晚上的餐點(自費)也很不錯，房間狀況很新，空調很涼無異味。我們住的浴室還有附蒸氣房，物超所值！

酒店位於鳳山五甲鬧區，用餐購物都很方便，中規中矩的四星酒店，沒有驚喜也沒有失望。早餐品項還算多元，但是不夠精緻，勉強算是及格而已。

Muy buena ubicación, a 300m de la estación de tren y metro. Instalaciones modernas, lavandería (lavadoras y secadoras) de autoservicio gratuita con detergente. Parking cubierto gratuito. Muy buen desayuno y personal amable.

KKimMy experience at the hotel was truly delightful. The service surpassed my expectations; the staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive throughout my stay. The facilities were not only well-maintained but also offered a range of amenities that contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
This hotel has consistently been my favorite due to its exceptional service, well-equipped facilities, and delectable dining options. It continues to be my preferred choice whenever I am in need of a memorable and pleasant stay in Kaohsiung.

The staff is just ok, I can't say they are too good either.
They have a non-sense pedantic rule that you must collect your dishes and put them in a tray place. I felt like I am in McDonalds or in a trashy human factory. Meanwhile the staff are sitting doing nothing.
As a guest, when I go to a hotel I want to relax, I have enough with tidying up and cleaning things at home, the least thing I want at a hotel is doing the same.
Breakfast itself is ok but milk tea is EXTREMELY sweet and no milk tea option without sugar so if you do not wanna get diabetes type B you won't be able to enjoy breakfast. The rest is mostly very high carbs suggary or fried fatty stuff except a small salad buffet and scrambled eggs. There was no coffee during my stay as coffee machine was broken so cannot rate it.
Checkin should be conveniently done with a kiosk downstairs but when I came it was broken too.
The place feels comfortable and private.
Water has only BOILING HOT water. So it does not have a mixer so you can shower for the first minute, then water is boiling super hot and there is no way to mix it up with cold water or make temperature cold down. It is funny cause travelling around the world I found some countries where it is difficult to get hot water but first time in my life finding a hotel where it is difficult to get cold water.
Location is just ok, it is a bit far from MRT but most staff is nearby.

YYeow AnnMy expereince at Kindness Hotel (Kaohsiung Hanshen) was very good, and similar to that of many Kindness hotels, professional and polite team of staff. Location was near a main shopping mall, and a 10-15 minutes stroll to the river. Rooms were spacious and clean, with simple yet nice breakfast. The hotel lobby snacks were very helpful for all guests too. Thank you very much and all the best :)

TThe Novice TravellerThe location of the hotel is very close to the Kaohsiung Main Station, which was very convenient for us.
The hotel room was very clean, in which the beds and facilities inside were maintained at a high level of hygiene.
The service of the hotel staff was magnificent. There was a slight leakage problem under the toilet sink, and after we informed them of the issue in the morning, they already fixed it when we came back to the hotel in late afternoon. They were really efficient and also very friendly in responding to our queries.
In terms of facilities, we felt that there can be a few improvements. First of all, there were no microwaves inside the hotel. We suggest adding some in order for guests to reheat food that they might want to eat at the hotel. Also, it would be great if there is a common area for guests to sit down and chat or eat together. In addition, the TV remote control in our room had a really slow response time, in which each button took like 5 seconds to work.
What surprised us was how spacious the room was. For its price, the size of the room felt like a bargain. The intelligent voice butler (small AI-esque machine) in the room was also a fun device to use and play with.
Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel, and would definitely recommend it to travellers in Kaohsiung.

Everything else is good, comfy bed, basic english speaking reception, breakfast is okay, and clean bathroom.

陈陈浪宁I enjoyed my stay tremendously and at awe of the level of service from all the staff of this hotel. From the bellhop to the concierge to the maid, everyone here is professional and courteous only the highest class hotels in the US can match. Here they are doing it without expectations of tips...
I traveled solo and as a single guy and not expecting much. I am surprised at the service and comfort I got that are exceeding my expectations.

I can foresee some inconvenience if it was a couple or 2 friends staying here as there the bathroom is pretty much an open concept. i.e. would need to get changed inside the shower booth before coming out etc, and no proper door except a semi-opaque glass door.
Having said, I was by myself for my stay so it was perfect room for me. Bed is comfy, place was clean.
They have this machine check-in system which works fine, but I was a bit taken aback initially as I had to scan qr code, get internet and do things myself while just having reached the place with luggage etc. Not a biggie but would have been nice if the staff could check me in or offered a bit more help since there wasn't any other guests there either.
I didn't use any other facilities but during the day the lobby operates as a cafe, and there is a laundry room in B1. Location is convenient and near Kaohsiung train station, the station is currently going through a big construction so if I had known, I probably would have chosen to stay somewhere near Formosa Boulevard instead given it has 2 MRT lines. But hotel-wise, it is near the station and have convenience stores/fast food options in walking distance.

Llluvy訂的是一張大床，實際上是兩張單人床併在一起，check in 的時候也有先告知，房間乍看是乾乾淨淨但交貨還是有些灰塵沒有清潔到，小沙發墊下面有使用過的拋棄浴帽沒有清潔到，發現時感覺有點尷尬到底要不要提出要求換房。考慮到CP值還是覺得可以接受～

SSmurfy07It was first bad hotel experience booking thru trip.com. Traveled with 2 kids under 13. We drove to Kaoshiung from Taipei. Arrived late night. There's no parking lot provided but have to park somewhere 3 walk at a opposite the hotel. Paid TWD100 per entry on the following day before leaving. The hotel looks good at the public areas, except our room. We were given a room at 6th floor. It looks like under construction and no other guests were staying on that floor. If we were not 4 together, I dare not stay alone. What was disappointed was the room is very very old. Everything old style. The carpet is dirty. We have to wear the paper slippers (the worst hotel slipperstgat I had ever seen) to walk on the carpet. We tried to push a bed to the side to the wall, but the floor under the bed is very dirty, even found a plastic slipper (not a pair). We guessed it was left by the previous guest and the room was not totally cleaned. We quickly put the bed back. The shower pipe also not very well working and weak power water. Quite disappointed.
2 Good points: 1. The hotel is near to the night market: It's just 3~5 mins walk from hotel. 2. The breakfast was quite good.
