歐胡島上來說算最好的酒店了，前幾天住的blackpink同酒店 真的很一般 四季后麪住的 酒店環境🆚Waikiki那邊好很多很多 有幾個泳池 無邊的 和溫泉 還有個沙灘泳池 酒店躺平不錯的 美國就是酒店不行 最好的酒店感覺也是國內五星感覺

初めてヴィラタイプに宿泊しました。個人的にはバケーションクラブの宿泊施設より一般のスタンダードが良いように感じます。コロナもあり日本人は少なめで、海外の雰囲気も感じながら楽しめました。

Terrible resort and not worth the money! Do not waste your time and money visiting this resort. Where do I begin. The staff and very unfriendly and not interested when you try to make a complaint. You cannot get a deck chair unless you are down at 0630 - When you pay almost $2000 per night for a room, would expect to be able to get a deck chair. There are far too many rooms for the resort area as the pool area is far too crowded. Can’t get breakfast at the restaurant unless you reserve 30 days in advance. Staff very unfriendly and just laughed at our complaint. Pools are dirty. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room the second day of our stay. There is no form of management at this hotel and the service is shocking. It should be ashamed to call itself a Disney resort.

Great place, very clean, the breakfast was one of the best we have had included at a hotel, such a contrast to the Embassy suites at LAX North, which is a far cry from this place. The hotel had paid parking, but there was easy street parking which is free. The staff are all so nice and really care about the guests. One staff member, Brian, is so caring, we witnessed him checking that a young person was ok, when he tried to take his breakfast outside, Brian asked him where his parents were and reminded him about the road, before helping him to open the door and checking his parents were indeed outside. We had a balcony room, overlooking the hills at the back of the property, so peaceful. The hotel provided beach towels and the evening managers reception was great, two free alcoholic drinks per person, unlimited soda and lots of lovely snacks. The hotel is ideal for sightseeing, we had 3 nights here before moving to the Aulani. If we return to Oahu we will definitely stay here again.

Overall great place to stay for families on the west side of the island. Despite being located right inside a big mall area, it actually felt quieter and more relaxed compared to the heavy touristy area of Waikiki Beach. Rooms are standard Hampton as one would normally expect on the mainland. Breakfasts are standard. Hotel front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

We live on the island of Oahu, but decided to get away for the weekend to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. We decided to stay at the Residence in Kapolei Oahu and had a wonderful time. The hotel is in a great location, near Raising Canes, 7-Eleven, and Starbucks, which are all within walking distance of the hotel. About a mile and a half away is the Ka Makana Ali’i mall. The front desk staff was very courteous and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I can say about the room is the pillows were a little too soft for my taste. I like them a little firmer, but that is a very minor issue. The free breakfast is delicious. It comes with a buffet that offers scrambled eggs, choices of meat , make your own toast or waffles, fruits, cereals, and fruit juices, and coffee. The hotel had a special going on for local residents so we took advantage of that package. We used the gym equipment on both days but didn’t have a chance to use the pool. Unfortunately, we forgot to leave a tip for our housekeeper upon check out. I ended up calling the hotel to see if I could get the name of the housekeeper who cleaned our room after we checked out I was told her name is Abby. So, Abby, I will be stopping by one day to bring you a little something for your hard work. Thank you to all the staff at the Residence Inn Kapolei Oahu for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back again. I highly recommend this hotel,
