The bellboy is So nice guy and helped me a lot from check in to check out. But the frontdesk guy is making fun of him and not caliber to work in hotel. Not professional at all by making fun of his friend in front of guest. The front desk guy is with beard and moustache. Feel like pinching his Face When we made joke about his colleague the bellboy. Thumbs up to the bellboy for acting cool and dont entertain him. He was focus on his work to help me getting uber and get my luggages to uber.

房間還過得去,服務不好,西餐廳特意引導你去點貴的東西,點平的就沒有!方方面面都想要從旅客身上撈錢!最好過來前準備好打車的軟件,否則酒店硬要收貴3-4倍的價格!

It’s a good place to stay very clean and at very peaceful location. Staff is really good … security is good.

Good management Good stuff, good service, but One thing missing swimming pool. But great service All staff is good, specially Mr. Hasnin Manejer of This hotel . no, any security issue Spa Is great Swimming pool is very important, thank you.

Do not expect 5 star services. Its type of 3 star hotel. Even iron was not available in the room, room looks like simple 2 or 3 star hotel

The hotel is okay. Rooms in the main building are a little old, but confortable. WiFi connection is excellent. Breakfast buffet is also good. I enjoyed the dinners in the open air restaurant "Pool Side" equipped with BBQ grill. I also had lunch at the café. Service has been too slow for my taste.

Overall a good experience.. nice location.. good breakfast spread…staff extremely friendly and helpful especially Sunil at front desk and Yasmin in housekeeping. Hope to be back soon.

Mr Vijay Kumar, an excellent manager, tried his best to make our event of 150people( a workshop with Buffet) as elegant as possible.. he, together with the Chef , tried to make our event as his Family event Everyone of us appreciated him alot S

Awsome experience, wonderful service and everything was great , defiantly going there again as everything was up to the mark , food was great with so many varieties to choose from , it was a pleasant experience I must say Ramada is great due to its location

The hotel was awesome. I had a great time! The hotel had high security and it was enormous. It was lovely and I can not wait to return.

I was quite ill and everything was lovely. The staff was quite helpful and made me feel at home. Especially Sunil & Yasmeen in particular.

A hotel with no price-performance ratio. I was in this hotel because all other five stare hotel were fully booked. Our stay was a catastrophe. The staff is unfriendly and incompetent. The problem in this hotel is that the fish is smelling from the head. Nobody is seemingly for something responsible. The safe was not working because of the empty batteries. It tooks 45 minutes to organize batteries. The water dispensers in the gym was empty but nobody was responsible for the water. I went to the reception by myself in order to organise a other buddle. The toast at the breakfast buffet was mouldy but the waiter was not able do change the toast by him self. In this hotel can nobody do something by himself. The whole procedure must always go from one employee to the next. There is no pool and no restaurant only a small coffeehouse in the hotel. There is also no lobby were you can seat for a while. The rooms are acceptable but this is the only positive thing in the whole hotel. I never would visit this hotel again.

I’ve never had a worse hotel experience anywhere in the world than at this Ramada Creek Karachi. Let me follow that up with what you need to be cautious about: 1. There’s no concept of a credit card hold at this hotel. If you enter your credit card details to book a room through any third party provider, they will already charge you even before you check in. This has literally never happened to me before at any hotel, anywhere. When I asked the hotel reception why they had charged me when the room was “Pay at Property” they said “we don’t hold, we only charge” 2. There’s no hot water. I wasn’t told this at check-in. There was a notice in my room saying there’s no hot water during 11pm-10am due to gas shortages. Understood. But there was no hot water at all during my 2 day stay. That’s over 48 hours where I had no access to shower facilities. Every time I called reception I was told “Please wait, we’ll send someone…and no one has been here till Night 2” 3. The driver/car services are just plain unsafe. With drivers cussing in the car while picking me up from the airport and driving like a manic. Highly recommend getting an Uber/Careem instead. 4. Overall service is just plain horrible. Literally nobody except for housekeeping is doing their job. Phones go unanswered, and staff is just plain rude. 5. Last but not least, the coffee from the coffee shop tastes like sewage water.

Service from the Staff very good. I must mention, our housekeeper Jasmeen on 5th Floor. Always pleasant. Room kept imaculate. Mr Salman Faridi front office Manager took the time to visit our room to check everything was good. Breakfast was always a delight with Cheryl taking care of us. Only downsides were hot water intimitant and lifts often down to one for use
