Odalar ferah temiz, personel ilgili, nazik ve sayı bakımından yeterli. Sömestr döneminde gitmiş olmamıza, otelin yoğunluk ve doluluğuna rağmen her şey eksiksiz ve güzeldi. Havuzları temiz. Özellikle termal havuzu hem iç hem dış mekan olarak çok güzel düşünülmüş. Yemekleri güzel. Ulaşımı rahat

Nice new hotel with few rooms. Although the indoor pool is small, it has outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi, sauna and hamam. The rooms are very spacious with heating from the floor and the bathrooms have big tanks to dip into the thermal water. The staff is very helpful and the location is as central as it gets. The only downside for us was the restaurant (we were there mid-winter) which had a limited menu but just a few steps outside the hotel are some good restaurants so this was not an issue also.

Location is great for visiting Hierapolis and Pammukale, especially if you are aiming to get there early before the crowds arrive. The initial impression on arriving is quite positive and the pools and outdoor dining area are very attractive. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. However, the condition of much of the hotel is poor and there are many signs of neglect. Stairs were in need of refurbishment with many cracked floor tiles. The bedroom and bathroom were not clean; the toilet was wobbly, fittings were crooked or broken and the shower door had obviously come off at some point, with holes left in the remaining glass sections; the shower itself leaked in various places and the water didn’t drain away. Food was ok but nothing special. Many of the dining room chairs were stained and we had to brush debris off them before sitting down for breakfast. Overall it felt like the management were trying to avoid spending any money on the fabric of the hotel. We have been impressed by the three other hotels we have stayed at on this trip; this one is clearly below the standard which modern Turkish hotels are aspiring to.

Nisan ayında arkadaşlarımla beraber iki gün çok keyifli vakit geçirdik. Otel konumu ve doğası ile mükemmel aynı zamanda doğa harikası Pamukkale travertenlerine yakın olması ile tercih sebepleri arasında. Personeller ilgili ve güler yüzlü. En yakın zamanda tekrar gelmek için rezervasyon yaptıracağız.

Были в январе. В номере тепло. Полы в комнате с подогревом. Одеяла теплые, постель чистая. В ванне в номере кран с горячей термальной живой водой. Отельный бассейн с теплой термальной водой всегда открыт. Мы и вечером поплавали и утром перед завтраком окунулись. Завтрак классический, но обильный. Чаю упейся! Зимой завтрак проходит на втором этаже здания в зале с настоящим камином. Завораживающее зрелище. В общем хорошо и цена адекватная.

Heerlijke kamer met privé thermaal bad. Veel licht, proper, goede wifi, groot terras, kookgas, ijskast. Het pension is midden in de gezellige bazaar-straat gelegen. We mochten onze auto zelfs aan het pension parkeren. We werden hartelijk verwelkomd door Ūmit. Hij spreekt goed Engels, gaf goede tips en is zeer behulpzaam. Betalen in euro of Turkse lire is gelijk. Hij gaf ons meteen een grotere kamer aan dezelfde prijs. Deze plek kan ik absoluut garanderen voor een ontspannen thermale heropleving. Bedankt Ümit.

Our stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough. There is no elevator to the rooms in the hotel, the walking distance is a bit too much. But spending time in the thermal was very good for us. The hotel was not crowded and we want to come back as soon as possible
