Ulasan Hotel Karuizawa Cross

I Like the cleanliness of the hotel. Room is spacious. The front desk staff could communicate in English. Good if you drive there. Else, it’s a distance from the train station. St Paul church is just opposite of the hotel. There’s also a Japanese shin nearby. There are good bakery shops nearby for breakfast. We were there on 2 weekdays and there’s not many people and not many shops open. The restaurant next to it serves good pasta and pizza. We had our 2 dinners settled there. Karuizawa is a beautiful place. You may have a morning jog nearby and it’s so serene running around.

Excellent service. All staff were polite and English speaking which was very helpful.. Boxed breakfast on the terrace was delicious surrounded by lots of natural beauty. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel was on the 2nd floor of a shopping center which is located off the main ***** which had many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay and would come back if ever in the area.

Manage to get a free upgrade family room.😄

Good in staff service and room very clean . Shelter might necessary for people who needed loading / unloading the luggage during check in / out when is a raining day .

We arrived in winter, the place was covered in snow and the view was awesome! The lobby was cosy and the staff were extremely friendly.

I like the hotel bar next by the lobby. Night time view in the hotel is glamorous. The hotel is very clean and with good air conditioner. Customer can enjoy dinner in the restaurant or making a reservation to have a BBQ.

We booked Superior Twin Room with Breakfast. The room is super spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and the location is perfect. Church Street for shopping is right downstairs and more shopping for souvenirs is just around the corner. The western breakfast at the Italian Restaurant was delicious.

Although the hotel is a bit old but the services are good! We like the French restaurant especially and the food is very good

Though abit far from Karuizawa station, but the moment you entered into the hotel it makes you feel like it's all worth it. The size of the room is something not what you'd expect from a typical Japanese hotel, it's really spacious and the moment you entered the suite they provided umbrella in the front of the door for their guest to use. The room is really clean, they offered nicely folded pajamas for the visitors as well as and provided all the sanitary kits you need right inside the room! Next day we were greeted warmly by the reception (that speaks really good English) and she helped us order a taxi to get around to our next stop. Too bad we only get to stay for one night, will definitely come again when we visit Karuizawa again!

Surprisingly deserted despite having a restaurant downstairs. Reasonably close, ie within walking distance to Prince Outlet Shopping.
