Ulasan Spring City Resort

Good hotel stay. Staying at the hotel makes it quite convenient to enjoy the hot springs. Each room has its own private bath tub with hot spring water. I liked the breakfast buffet options. They have light meal options for vegetarians such as congee and salad. All the food items are clearly labeled so it's easy for me to know what I can eat as a vegetarian. I think the staff might be overworked due to the large volume of day hot spring visitors. Maybe management should have more manpower planned so the current staff are not exhausted. The shuttle bus makes it easy to get around as the hotel is quite a way from the train station.

Second time here. The 1st time was more than 10 years ago. Friendly staff and good private hot spring bath tub. The room is clean. The shuttle bus is on time. However, the hotel needs some renovation to keep it a 5 star hotel standards, as the room is quite old and the lift only had one side buttons working (the disabled side buttons don’t work).

Old yet well maintained. Check in was a breeze, reception lady was very friendly and allowed for early check in at about 2.15pm as our room is ready. We were also given free upgrade yay! Breakfast is basic, nothing to shout about. Free shuttle to and from Beitou and Xinbeitou stations definitely great, just need to refer to shuttle schedule and be at the designated waiting spot at the stations. For shuttle from hotel to station though, you will need to reserve first.

Excellent hotel with multiple hot spring pools with different temperatures. Clean room and friendly staff.

Affordable for a hot spring resort in that area. Breakfast is commendable.

Good hot spring hotel but a big drawback for Breakfast, not to the standard for the Room price! Needs improvement.

We book a classic double bedroom since the photo on website (or the sale page) advertises us the bathroom with the view. But in face , no even air flow in bathroom with private hot spring. I kindly suggest if the photo on sale page as you advertise does not match to the reality, then no need to post that photos

HKD 1673, around USD215 for a room than facing inside the building, everyone walk passed would see you inside the room, no privacy at all if you tried to open a bit of the curtain, definitely not worth the price. The facilities is old, they tried to offer some variations in the breakfast buffet, but the every dishes tasted the same, they don't even have some simple fired eggs. Google stated 5 stars, but the fact it's not even 3 stars. HKD 1673/USD215 一晚的房價，安排的是內窗房，打開窗簾每個人都可以在走道看到你，毫無隱私可言，北投其他溫泉酒店有更多更好選擇。 設施非常老舊，早餐看似很多選擇，但都沒什麼味道，還不如給我一個簡單的炒蛋煎蛋算了。 這裏標5星，不如3星級數。

A beautiful hotel, with 5 star service, amenities and views. We enjoyed the outside spa experience. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Service staff very helpful and respectful. Able to speak English well. Thanks for a great stay.
