Breakfast is good, hotel cloths are reuse, tv chanels are limited, wi-fi is good, room service is good. Over all hotel is good but expensive.

Location - It is located at walking distance from Ratnagiri Railway Station which is extremely convenient because it ensures availability of lot of public transport options such as train, bus and richshaw Food - It serves decent food which is buffet breakfast and ala-carte lunch + dinner. Cleanliness is good, taste is average. Ambience and Service - Hotel provides average ambience and service. It is a good hotel for quick stay of 1 - 2 days or for business purpose. Hotel is good with ample parking space. Rooms are big and clean. Food quality is good. The issue is with breakfast. They offer complimentary breakfast from 8 am-10. 30 am. However at 9. 30 am, many items in the buffet had exhausted. The staff also was not bothered to replenish and guests had to roam with empty plates. When we asked them to replenish items, they said some items like idle etc are exhausted as cannot be replenished. This should not happen when breakfast timings are till 10. 30. They should have adequate quantity of all items

Overall value for money. Large rooms and 24/7 hot water etc. Very close to ratnagiri railway station (less than 500 mtrs. Bed linen and towels quality to be improved. 3. 5 out of 5

Location excellent and convenient for rail travelers. Good clean and good variety and we all senior citizens tolerated well. Amenities were ordinary. Bathroom had short and very stool. No bathroom mat. No handles near bathing areas to prevent fall. No telephone inside. The quality of towels were poor. Bedding and pillows etc were sat-is factory. Ac was good. Half of the mirror was black. Mineral water bottles were provided. But no tea coffee kettle in the room. Rest aren’t service was excellant. The lounge was comfortable and staff there was hospitable and considerate. Allowed us to stay therefor long hrs as our train was very late. We are greatful for the same. We will certainly go back there. Hopefully the deficiencies mentioned are covered. Dr. Alka halbe.
