Hotel Pantai di Kas

Kardeşimle 4 gece kaldık. Öncelikle temiz ve çok merkezi. Odayı temizlemelerini rica ettiğimizde temizlediler tekrar. Mutfak buzdolabı ve klima yeterli. Genel olarak çalışanlar ilgili. Marketlere, restoranlara, sahile yürüyerek 3 dakika. Herhangi bir sorunda hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Fiyatı da gayet uygundu. Tek rahatsız olduğumuz şey yan otelin kahvaltı saatinde çok gürültü olması ve çok sesli motorlar oldu. Belki yola ve bu otele uzak oda seçmeniz yararınıza olabilir.

Superb hospitality and location. This small boutique hotel is managed by university students and they have to be commended for their incredible work ethic. The setting is superb right on the water with various levels. Plenty of Sun loungers on various levels do you can either sit at the edge of the sea or at the extensive salt water pool and watch the yachts sail by while listening to an amazing playlist. Service and cuisine is excellent!

Top quality service at Mavilim! Stayed for 8 nights and would happily have stayed longer. The staff are exceptional - just the right balance between friendly and professional. Even the housekeeping staff are kind - often rearranging the dried petals they left for us the first night in recognition of the special occasion we had mentioned when booking. Rooms are clean and basic - as you expect for 3 star hotel, but the sun deck area and swimming platform are gorgeous. Bar/ food service by the pool and the sea makes the stay feel luxurious. Breakfast buffet is lovely - make sure to try the omelettes. We loved “breakfast dessert” the daily ring cake - chocolate, vanilla or cinnamon with our second coffee. Be sure to be poolside around 5pm to be presented with complimentary tea and treat like a fresh baked biscuit. Food and drinks from the menu is reasonably priced and very tasty. Staff will call you a taxi to town if you fancy a change of scenery. Never more than 10 min wait and flat fare TRY100 to Kas centre and they also arranged us reasonable transfers to and from the airport. Highly recommend!

This hotel is situated towards the end of the Kas peninsula and therefore offers some stunning views across the sea. Our room was small but well equipped with a modern bathroom and hairdryer and kettle with tea and coffee provided.  The air con was amazing and was absolutely silent.  We had a nice balcony with a full sea view. The hotel is very clean and surrounded by plants which are well tended. All the paving areas were kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good with good coffee.  It was served to us every morning and there was always interesting extras such as stuffed vine leaves, different pancakes and tasty local foods. The best thing about this hotel are the family who own it. They are all very friendly and helpful and even gave us a lift to our next hotel when we left. It really was one of the friendliest and most welcoming hotels we have stayed at. We very much enjoyed their humour and interesting conversation. The swimming is either in the pool which was well kept or in the sea which is accessed down a steep ladder. I would say the sea swimming is not suitable for anyone who is not a good swimmer. There are steps involved down to the sea area, though less if you are happy with just the pool and a steep walk up to the road to catch the dolmus into Kas. We ate at the hotel one night and had the sea bas which was fresh that day. It was excellent and beautifully cooked and we would definitely recommend it. The dogs at the Kudos apartments are sometimes loose, and though they can't get onto the hotel property, they can be a little scary at night. Perhaps the neighbours could be persuaded to keep them fenced in. Overall, we would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

I put 'Pros' first in the title, because they definitely outweighed the 'Cons', and so I'll do the Pros first! PROs * Really superb location, at the end of the town, right on the seafront, with only 8 - 10 min walk into the main harbour / square / shopping and eating area. Very slightly hilly walk, but mainly flat. So easy and straightforward to get anywhere. * There are some parking spots outside, but only about 4 or 5 are reserved for hotel guests. But, even if you have to park further up the road past the hotel, they will re-park your car a bit closer for you later on if you leave the keys with them. Weekend days are really busy for visitors to Kas! * Fabulous views from the restaurant, the bar / pool terrace, from the beach restaurant, and from the 3 beach terraces. * Friendly, cheerful, courteous, helpful staff that make you feel right at home, and are delighted to see you every day. We especially liked the lady who serves breakfast and lunch (Sakina??) and the guy in the bar, (Tasim?) who played all our music requests, and made up a playlist of our favourites! He is so chilled and cheerful all the time. Also, the guys down at the beach who are buzzing around with towels and drinks - nothing is ever too much trouble to ask them! * Really good outdoor areas with plenty of sunbeds. The swimming spot has 2 ladders down into the crystal clear sea - one is longer - and a fresh water shower. All sunbeds have umbrellas or shaded roof. You will still get sun exposure through any of these, so you will still need suncream! * You can get drinks served to your sunbed. Also food, but it's much nicer to go up the steps to the lunch terrace, sit down, have an amazing view, and a table to eat from! We really appreciated that when we didn't finished a bottle of wine, they put our room number on it, put it back in the fridge and kept it till the next time we wanted it. * We had a balcony (maybe all rooms do, I'm not sure) and we liked to sit outside with a drink and watch the sunset. * Excellent air-conditioning in the bedroom, and a small fridge which was actually cold. We bought wine and beer in a supermarket (not cheap!) and asked for wine glasses from the bar. * Lovely snow white fluffy towels every day. * Standard breakfast buffet, with cheeses, yoghurt, olives, salad, fruit salad, watermelon, processed sliced meat (no idea what it was as we never touched it!) and bread that you can toast. No pastries / croissants / little cakes but there is an egg station where they make fresh omelettes to order, and fresh waffles. CONs * There is no lift in the hotel. That was fine for us, as we're fit and didn't mind. But there are 5 flights (about 40 steps or so) of stairs from the street level, where the Reception office is, up to the pool, bar, restaurant area. All bedrooms are up more stairs after this! Мне понравилось все кроме того что бассейн закрывается в 19.00 и вайфай работает только в фойе. В остальном все понравилось, все чисто, завтрак вкусный, обслуживания на высшем уровне. Рядом мини пляж, отель находится в самом центре Каша, вокруг множества заведений. Очень удобно.

Номера: состояние комнат в отеле хорошее, видимо отель свежий, смотрится красиво и эстетично, хороший вид на море, особенно с террасы, где проходит завтрак. Сам отель в целом симпатичный, имеется лифт и вай фай. самый огромный минус тут это слышимость, Господи было очень явное ощущение, что мы с соседом живём вместе.. я слышу как он открывает бумагу ,как кладет крышку от пасты на раковину и как дышит разглядывая себя в зеркале...я уж молчу про различные звуки.. В номере есть чайник, но нет чая. Завтрак: включенный в стоимость завтрак имеет только один плюс, это его расположение на террасе с красивым видом. Сам завтрак скудный и не вкусный. Выбор настолько мал, что возникает желание пойти в какое-нибудь кафе и нормально покушать. что есть на завтраке: вареные яйца, картошка фри, какой то пирог с колбасой , жаренные сосиски или колбаски, два вида сыра, зелень, огурцы, помидоры, оливки, маслины, какие то масляные соусы, хлеб, крендель сладкий, кекс, чай, хлопья. То есть кофе нет, лежат пакетики растворимого кофе, но мы его не пробовали. Состояние картофеля фри и колбасного пирога печально. В общем никому ничего доказывать не хочется, но из огромного количества мест где мы останавливались, это сильно проигрывает по завтраку. Расположение: отель очень высоко, чтоб дойти до него от моря , нужно быть сильным и смелым! Он находится на крутом подъёме и не имеет своей парковки. Сервис: есть ощущение,что администратору самое главное получить от вас деньги, то каким будет ваш отдых в отеле, какие у вас проблемы и пожелания его не интересует. Приветливости персонала сильно не хватало. Уборку в номере могут проводить не каждый день, будьте к этому готовы. При уборке не моют полы, не меняют одноразовые тапки , не вытирают столы, не оснащают водой. Стоимость: цена достаточно высокая, но учитывая все цены на отели Каш, получается что близка к средней. Хотя на мой взгляд оно того не стоит
