The bedsheet was not clean. We asked to clean the bedsheet, but the new one was also not placed properly, the sheet was small as per the bed size, the sofa and table were dusted, they didn't have vacuum to clean when asked for. One side table was missing. The bathroom was closed, the jet was not spraying properly, the mirror was loose. The dryer was not functioning. The food was very expensive and tasteless. We had to ask them to make a simple dal again. It was over boiled and no taste.

Cozy rooms with heating, very good n helpful staff, tasty foood , valley view is awsome, near to city center, must visit.......Mr Sushil is very helpful, Mall road is just 1.5 km by road n 800 by walk by shortcut from hotel, monkeys are roaming around hotel sometime but not big issue......overall its a good place for 1 nt stay..
