Ulasan Basera Boutique Hotel

We really enjoyed our few days at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, cosy, quiet and airconditioned. The food is diverse and nice. Breakfast selection is small, but good. It is located in one of the best locations in town, centrally located between main sites like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, and the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the latter. The hotel’s pool, spa and gym are also recommended.

一個令人難忘，處處温馨的酒店! 整潔，食物也佳! 因為家人臨時患病在當地入了医院，此酒店距医院只有十來分钟路程, 所以選了此酒店。地處政府办公区治安好，酒店是尼泊尔风格的設計，房間很好，也整潔。他們知道我每天是去探病的，每天派車送我到醫院，且時時问侯我及家.人的狀况，讓在此陪病人苦悶增添許多溫馨！餐廳的素質也高，許多菜都十分出色，據闻也是政府官员常來聚集地，所以常常高朋滿座! 此次住了十來天，超性價比高! --免費接机也很棒

特別好，接送機提早準備早餐，還給升級了房間，回程立馬又定了，下次還回來。

酒店設計感很好，服務很好，最方便的是有接機服務，這點對遊客來説很貼心。酒店離機場不遠，大概不到20分鐘。

酒店提供免費的接送機服務，可以提前郵件的方式與酒店預約，比較方便。位置距離機場和杜巴廣場都不遠，打車大概10分鐘左右車程。 衞生情況就很普通吧，不要報太大的期待，服務員可以講英文，比較熱情～

Everyone is well trained in how to behave towards the customer so that they feel comfortable. Everyone speaks English very well. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathrooms too. Cleaned very carefully every day. It is quiet at night. The area is very safe because it is a government district. Air conditioning and wifi work very well. Breakfasts served in the lower restaurant are varied and plentiful. In the form of a buffet. Additionally, you can order served dishes. Good quality. The staff from the entrance to the restaurant immediately takes care of guests in a very professional manner, typical of the best premium hotels in the world. It is similar during dinner. You can see that the entire hotel staff has been well trained and the managers are constantly in contact with hotel guests and constantly supervise their departments so that everything is perfect. This behavior is typical of the best hotels in the world. And I have been traveling a lot for many years on all continents and I have a good comparison. On the top floor there is a second restaurant where we had dinner with local dishes and during it a folklore band performed with a very interesting artistic program. The waiter with excellent English told us the history of all the dishes served, which were very tasty, plentiful and of high quality. On the roof of the hotel there is also a clean swimming pool and a view of the Kathmandu panorama. The hotel offers free transport to and from the airport in a new, large, comfortable car. The driver was professional and took care of us until the very end. He took care of our luggage to make the last minutes of our stay more pleasant. I am a demanding guest who has lived in many hotels around the world for the last decades and I count this hotel among the top 5* hotels at the world level. In addition, you have a sense of privacy and peace in it.

Basera is a boutique property located in the heart of Kathmandu. It is housed in an exceptionally beautiful building designed tastefully in traditional Nepali architecture and aesthetics. The service is exceptionally good with the same high standards maintained from check-in to room service to F&B service and a smooth hassle free check out. The rooms large, clean and well appointed. The bathroom is spacious with all modern amenities. While we didn’t have time to enjoy the roof top swimming pool, we did enjoy a traditional Nepali meal on the roof top restaurant that provided a stunning views of Kathmandu city and the valley beyond. I would like to make a special mention of Mr Udhav who made sure that we had a memorable stay. Will be staying at Basera on our next trip.
