I recently stayed at Basera Boutique Hotel, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! This charming new hotel really captures the essence of Nepal with its lovely vibe. It’s super clean and conveniently located near all the main attractions. One of the highlights for me was the pool—it was pristine and perfect for a refreshing dip. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast! There were so many delicious options to choose from, plus their coffee and beer on tap were a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us book taxis and even arranged airport pickups and drop-offs for our flights from Kathmandu. They also offered great recommendations for tours and places to explore. Our room had an amazing view of the mountains, which was just the icing on the cake. I can’t wait to return to Basera Boutique Hotel on my next trip!

My wife and I had a great time here at the basera.room was spacious and clean.location was good and the staff were amazing.good breakfast too french toast was very good.

We really enjoyed our few days at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, cosy, quiet and airconditioned. The food is diverse and nice. Breakfast selection is small, but good. It is located in one of the best locations in town, centrally located between main sites like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, and the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the latter. The hotel’s pool, spa and gym are also recommended.

The hotel is very nice , location quite difficult but it’s ok . Food very good and the buffet also. The staff at the restaurants , lobby are very attentive and helpful However I think could be good to train also the FM , cleaning staff to smile to the guest are around , they don’t even look at you to the face or answer back after good morning greetings from me to them, it’s small detail but make big difference with the guest.

Very good, breakfast was prepared in advance for airport pick-up, and the room was upgraded. I immediately booked it for the return trip and will come back next time.

The hotel has a good design and good service. The most convenient thing is that there is an airport pick-up service, which is very considerate for tourists. The hotel is not far from the airport, about less than 20 minutes.

An unforgettable and warm hotel in every aspect! Clean and the food is great! Because my family was temporarily ill and admitted to the local hospital, this hotel was only about ten minutes away from the hospital, so I chose this hotel. It is located in a government office area with good security. The hotel is designed in Nepali style. The rooms are very good and tidy. They know that I go to visit the patient every day, and they send a car to take me to the hospital every day. They always check on me and my family, which adds a lot of warmth to the pain of being here with the patient! The quality of the restaurant is also high, and many of the dishes are excellent. It is said that it is also a gathering place for government officials, so it is often full of guests! I stayed here for more than ten days and it was very cost-effective! --The free airport pick-up is also great

It's a great hotel. I will stay here again and recommend it to my friends. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the hospitality is great. We have enjoyed every day of our stay here!

The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off services. You can make a reservation with the hotel by email in advance, which is more convenient. The location is not far from the airport and Durbar Square, and it takes about 10 minutes by taxi. The sanitary conditions are very average. Don't have high expectations. The waiters can speak English and are quite enthusiastic~
