Hotel Jay Suites is a calm little haven tucked in the heart of Thamel where the city hums with life, yet peace finds you the moment you walk in.
The rooms are spotless and cozy, and the warmth of the staff makes it feel more like staying with family than in a hotel.Bibas at the reception deserves special thanks. He’s always kind, attentive, and ready to help with a genuine smile.
Taxis wait right outside, and you’ll find lovely local cafés and restaurants just a few steps away.
For anyone planning to visit Kathmandu, I truly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

The hotel is located in thamel，the location is good, and it won't be noisy.Manager Bibas Very friendly, you can rest on the top floor of the hotel, and sometimes you can see the sunset.The hotel has an elevator and air conditioning.

the room is small than expected the people were nice lot to work on cleanness. cant able to contact hotel they were not receiving , should have to work on it.

The best about this hotel was the location, it's very close to all the tourist attractions in the old city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the facilities were a bit aged and could do with a facelift. Perhaps the most disappointing part was the food. We had booked the room including breakfast, which was a disappointment to say the least. Besides, this, the dining area was very loud, and the service is very slow. Having said that, the view from the roof terrace is fantastic.

The front desk staff were very helpful and willing to talk to me about various things.
They were great for a solo traveler as they provided good conversation partners.
The shower had hot water and I had no complaints.

Cleanliness: Not very clean, especially the sheets. My skin felt a bit itchy after sleeping on them.
Facilities: Okay, but the water quality wasn't great.
Service: Very friendly. It seemed like it was off-season when we arrived, so there weren't many people there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jay Suites after a trek
The staff in particular were lovely, super helpful and professional. A real pleasure
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, what a pleasure to find the comfort of a hot shower and a big bed after the trek!
A very good value for money in Kathmandu.
The breakfast was pretty good (a big plate with toast, eggs and other little things)
