Ulasan Hotel Jay Suites

The best about this hotel was the location, it's very close to all the tourist attractions in the old city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the facilities were a bit aged and could do with a facelift. Perhaps the most disappointing part was the food. We had booked the room including breakfast, which was a disappointment to say the least. Besides, this, the dining area was very loud, and the service is very slow. Having said that, the view from the roof terrace is fantastic.

Just nice, I liked the rooftop it was quiet. And the breakfast was adequate. I used the rooftop to do my work and it even reached to the to. I would recommend this hotel because of its location but also away from the Main Street so it’s quiet.

3泊利用しました。ネットテレビもあり清潔で快適でした。朝食はアメリカンブレックファーストやフレンチトースト，インド料理か追加費用なしで選べましたが、インド料理美味しかったです。周辺は静かでホテルの前には入りやすいカフェがありました。また利用したいと思います

Staffs were so kind and friendly, supported me in many ways. Facility is a little bit old, but fine. ATM located next door. Also, they can arrange for different tours, such as hiking, Himalayan flight tours, etc.

Hotel is in a good location. Room has what you need. Breakfast is very hearty and the service is great. Always treated with a smile.

The staff were attentive and extremely helpful. They helped with some of our transportation needs especially from the airport and back . The room was very spacious and clean . We were near some of the main attractions .

The hotel owner showed great hospitality providing personalized tour, taxi pickup, and attention to details. Our trip has been deferred due to the weather, and our ad-hoc requests have all been catered. The hotel team gives all great ideas for local food and tour ideas. This hotel is highly recommended at this resonable price.
