My stay was lovely, the rooms were clean and modern. I also enjoyed most of the staff, particularly those at the rooftop restaurant. They were all polite and amazing, one in particular was exceptional, who's name is Anil, I was surprised to know he only started a few weeks ago but certainly had a professional and kind work ethic. The top floor staff is much kinder than the front desk staff. The men especially were quite rude and would treat me poorly because they thought i could not afford a room upgrade. It was the first time this has happened and was absolutely ridiculous and INSULTING. On top of that, a few days into my stay I had a friend help me pack my things, and as he left the hotel the front desk staff were asking incredibly inappropriate and personal questions about my relationship with my friend. I have never met such unprofessionalism with a front desk staff. Thankfully the rest of my stay was nice.
