nice to stay :) and i am recommend this hotel if you want to stay between starfield and lotte world. it has nice view of the Gangnam.

Good location situated directly across from Coex mall. There was however a construction of the main road going on, therefore making access/pick up to this hotel a little inconvenient. Carpark might be shared with the wedding hall beside too and tends to get full resulting in the usage of the mechanical parking. As mentioned, a little inconvenient but nothing that would bring down the score of our stay. Gym and restaurant/bar was clean and enjoyable. Pleasant hotel overall.

The location of the hotel is exceptionally good, you could take subway easily, and there are a lot of shopping spots nearby. Staffs at front desk are very nice, the setting and accommodation is very nice. And my only comment about the hotel is, as their entrance is not ordinary big lobby, the sign to lead visitors to lobby (their lobby location is at 21/F) is not obvious, and it made me little struggling when I get into the hotel.

Great location! Wish there were more family friendly options for connecting rooms or family size rooms.

The rooms were unbearably hot. We asked management to fix it. It was a fight, they said AC wasn’t available and said to open the window. Outside is a 10 lane road and construction. So you get to choose stay up all night from noise or sleep in 28 degrees. Night to they said they switched to AC but it was useless. The rooms never got below 25 degrees. Overall it was 3 terrible nights of sleep. Could be a very nice hotel if they allowed the temperature to be comfortable.

Location is good as it is very near Samseong Station, Exit 7. Also within 6-8mins walking distance to COEX Mall. Amenities - I have one star only because when we requested for extra pillows, they informed us that there isn’t any extra pillows available. This is the first time I have heard that extra pillows were not available. Pillows were also very soft and I had to fold in half in order to have some support. Cleanliness - 3 stars as the floor near the side table was rather dusty. As the floor is not carpeted, we could see the dust near the side tables.

Great hotel, very comfortable City view rooms are a bit noisy with the construction outside; but this won't be forever!

The breakfast is average and the space is small. It's not worth the price.

The location is great, 5 minutes walk to Coex Mall, it’s clean, but I need to wait around 30 before checking in bcs too many customers also waiting, bur overall 4,5/5

Location is good, next to subway station, few mins walk to Coex Mall, but there are so many constructions outside the hotel, the street is very muddy and messy.

Great location. Lots of good restaurants to grab something to eat. or even get to-gos. The room was clean. no tubs though

Good location, but very noisy facing the Main Street with lots of of construction going on, almost impossible to sleep Nice enough to change the room to the other side from 2nd night.

Check in was quick and easy, the rooms was ok for the price, room was clean.
