I didn't eat there so I can't comment, my room was clean and warm (it was only 3°C outside). Staff were friendly and accommodating. They also have a 50% discount for the carpark next door. I have stayed here before and I probably will again.

value for money

Good location, small hot rooms, we were on the top floor, the window opened 5 cm, August -UK Summer. The view of my room was literally a brick wall of the other building. It wasn’t a nice experience, but it you want a no frill bed then the hotel delivered but if you want a hotel experience then seek others. Location of the hotel is near the old Castle market, plenty of homeless and loud people. Wished I remembered to take a picture of the brick wall outside my window.

I am Benny Mok(the register name is WAI-FU MOK), spent three days there at ROOM 211 from 31/7/2022 to 2/8/2022 in summer & I found that all the facilities in the hotel were superb & I was highly satisfied. The only shortcoming was there was a long weird sound when flushing at the bathroom. There might be some problems in the toilet bowl hose. Otherwise than that, I highly recommend this hotel cuz all the staff members at the hotel ARE SUPER FRIENDLY, welcoming, cheerful, caring including the housekeeping ladies ! Last but not least, the receptionist ~KARRA RIPPON. karra was the most patient, helpful, amicable , devoted, loving, thoughtful & caring staff member over there & there is no doubt about that! Would you mind sharing this inspiring message with this excellent receptionist and tell her that the inspiring message was from a HONG KONG IMMIGRANT FAMILY ? Many thanks & I owe you one!

it is a good option

酒店位置還是不錯的，雖然離景區大門有點遠，但是也就十幾分鍾就會走到了。疫情影響還是比較大，相對往年來説人少了不少。這次也沒有去景區，留待下次秋天來看紅葉和冰川了，總的來説，還是值得推薦的。

房間很大，但是有一股説不出來的不好聞的味道

I came to stay at travel lodge for one night for a festival in Sheffield. The staff couldn’t be any nicer and accommodating! Graham, Helen and liberty was so professional and had to deal with abuse from other customers. They diffused the situation so well. They’re honestly so lovely. So welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming bk because of the lovely staff!

I stayed here while visiting family, this hotel is in a great location all the staff are friendly especially Kara and Katherine they couldn’t do enough. I always use Travelodge as you know what you are getting always clean and always made to feel welcome

Hotel is in a great location, close to a tram stop. The city centre, train station and university are close by and can becreached by tram or a short walk. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Hotel very central for all services in Sheffield. Easy walking distance from the station. Although a budget hotel everywhere was very clean. Room had tea and coffee making facilities. No hairdryer but easily available at reception. All staff friendly.

Great time had, very helpful staff as always, this time served by Helen and Graham, although trying to explain the football was interesting haha! Comfy bed, and as it was warm the fan was already on in my room when I arrived. Only downside (which is nothing to do with the hotel) is the on-street parking on Pond Street is frequented by several “zombies” and this time it was my turn for the van to get broken into. If you’re in a car use the Q Park.

Room and shared areas were spotless at all times. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Graham and Paige. Graham manned the reception area professionally and dealt with a guest incident amazingly. Despite the brilliant staff and clean hotel I would be wary of booking this again due to the location and behaviour of guests/visitors.
