I didn't eat there so I can't comment, my room was clean and warm (it was only 3°C outside). Staff were friendly and accommodating. They also have a 50% discount for the carpark next door. I have stayed here before and I probably will again.

value for money

Good location, small hot rooms, we were on the top floor, the window opened 5 cm, August -UK Summer. The view of my room was literally a brick wall of the other building. It wasn’t a nice experience, but it you want a no frill bed then the hotel delivered but if you want a hotel experience then seek others. Location of the hotel is near the old Castle market, plenty of homeless and loud people. Wished I remembered to take a picture of the brick wall outside my window.

I am Benny Mok(the register name is WAI-FU MOK), spent three days there at ROOM 211 from 31/7/2022 to 2/8/2022 in summer & I found that all the facilities in the hotel were superb & I was highly satisfied. The only shortcoming was there was a long weird sound when flushing at the bathroom. There might be some problems in the toilet bowl hose. Otherwise than that, I highly recommend this hotel cuz all the staff members at the hotel ARE SUPER FRIENDLY, welcoming, cheerful, caring including the housekeeping ladies ! Last but not least, the receptionist ~KARRA RIPPON. karra was the most patient, helpful, amicable , devoted, loving, thoughtful & caring staff member over there & there is no doubt about that! Would you mind sharing this inspiring message with this excellent receptionist and tell her that the inspiring message was from a HONG KONG IMMIGRANT FAMILY ? Many thanks & I owe you one!

it is a good option

酒店位置還是不錯的，雖然離景區大門有點遠，但是也就十幾分鍾就會走到了。疫情影響還是比較大，相對往年來説人少了不少。這次也沒有去景區，留待下次秋天來看紅葉和冰川了，總的來説，還是值得推薦的。

房間很大，但是有一股説不出來的不好聞的味道

We have stayed here before and was impressed, hence our return. The hotel is located centrally to everywhere we needed to visit. The rooms are very clean and the hotel staff are amazing, especially kara who has greeted us on both our visits. Breakfast was good and set us up for our day ahead. See you all again soon.

A great well placed hotel with great staff ....Helen is my favourite staff member she sorted the 2 issues i had over my two week stay which were only minor, being fresh towels and a jug for my room to make squash. All the night staff very pleasent . Very cheap stay for Sheffield centre..

Helen and Richard on nights where amazing staff, extremely helpful and welcoming, lovely hotel with great staff breakfast was really good and all food was of a brilliant quality and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sheffield

Excellent hotel and ideally located near to plenty of restaurants, bars, high street shopping, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable with a good bathroom, the staff are extremely helpful especially Paige and maz, nothing was too much trouble.

The staff here always willing to help, paige and maz very friendly and brilliant staff at travelodge. Been here for work related stay, would definitely come back again. What a lovely place. The food is excellent as well and breakfast. Highly recommend

Friendly welcome on arrival, checked in quickly and very helpful service from Maz on reception and also his colleague Paige. Good value for money for a travelodge and central Sheffield location. Reception red chairs could do with update as worn!
