Ulasan Hotel Blue & Cottages, Katoomba

When we arrived in our room, we saw that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The towel of the previous guest was still hanging there together with his **** in the toilet (literally). The answer at the reception was just: oh that’s strange, the cleaning lists says that it was cleaned! NOTTTT!!! Never ever book this shitty hotel. (Only when you want to see the **** of the previous guest)

Good for a quick weekend out stop. In a prime location. Included breakfast. And free parking.

Hotel Blue is classic, old hotel with a lot of character. Although the hotel is dated, we were relieved to find that the room was recently refurbished, with AC and great amenities. I couldn’t fault the stay, and would certainly return. Fantastic location in Katoomba!

Lovely boutique hotel next to Katoomba RSL and close to Echo Point outlook. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and comfy beds, room equipped with extra heater for the cold winter nights. Very enjoyable stay overall!

酒店沒有電梯要人手搬行李，房間隔音很差。房間尚算大，酒店位置離火車有一些路程，行李多人的人要考慮考慮一下。

飯店老舊，空間小，浴室熱水很熱，但是水量極小。早餐非常陽春，沒有任何蛋類、培根等熱食。住了兩個晚上，第二天整理房務，並沒有更換浴室腳踏墊。

整體來説文化傳統，竟能找到幾十年前的國家地理雜誌，如果想了解歷史的小夥伴推薦一試。離市中心也很近。 早餐沒有熱奶 較簡單

This hotel is not for people who love modern, sleek hotels. It is older, and full of character and beauty. Staff were easy and friendly, rooms were spacious, bathrooms clean and shower was perfect heat and pressure. Fireplace, brocade wallpaper, cosy rooms, decorative ceilings, it's a whole European luxury vibe!

Old world charm! We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the hospitality, I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. The pricing was very good as well. Breakfast included was an added bonus as well. We will most certainly be back to stay.

As the title says, the hotel is appaling in every sense. First of all, the employee at the front desk was incredibly rude, unprofessional and unhelpful - I don't understand how someone working in the services industry could be so unwilling to answer 3 questions from guests. I was honestly shocked by the treatment. The hotel in itself was completely disgusting. All common areas were dirty, with unclean floors and carpets. The rooms were damp and had a damp smell. While the supposedly clean sheets had stains on them. However, what was most unbelievable was the wild contrast between the photos online versus the actual rooms and facilities. Where I'm from the marketing of this hotel would be borderline fradulent. Incredibly inaccurate photos and descriptions of the room, so please don't let yourself me misguided. I left the hotel feeling mislead and decieved. I honestly don't understand how this hotel still has business and has good reviews. Please avoid at all costs.
