Location very nice Very hygienic and clean The staff very Co-operative specially the Calcutta girl on the front desk ANUSHMYA or something like that was such a kind , humble and versatile person she helped me so much in guiding Foreigners who don't have pay tm or Google pay Pls take enough cash , no usd can change also

Overall cleaning in the room and other area was awful. Bed sheets, pillows were having bad smell, service was just ok nothing great. Overall experience to stay there just average. I will not recommend to anyone for choosing this hotel for a family stay there.

The stay was excellent. The sumptuous food at the restaurant was outstanding. The front office and housekeeping staff was prompt and gave immediate response to all our queries only one thing they should improve was the drop at katra railway station. The driver was rude in dropping us at the gate of the station saying one has to pay extra rs 50 to the railways which i could not understand. No where else you see such charges. The drop to the entrance of the gate of the shrine was also available as per our request please incorporate this and have good drivers for transportation

The hotel was good. The stay was comfortable. Rooms are spacious but the only lacking thing was washrooms were quite old and used type. Taps were leaking. Refrigerator in the room wasn’t working. The condition of furniture was bad.
