The hotel stay was very comfortable. The view from the gallery was amazing. The helipad is quite close to this hotel. The staff was very courteous and service was prompt. It is a very good hotel and value for money. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting katra for devi darshan.

I had great experience in this hotel with my family. Room service and house keeping service is quick. Fast check in at front office, staff at front office is so nice and cooperative. Restaurants food is quite good .Here all the things are well managed and behavior of hotel staff is very polite.

The hotel karni palace is really a good place to stay, it's superb view of mata vaishno devi trikut hills, few minutes walk to the main bazar, staffs behaviour and manager behaviour is awesome. Clean and hygienic also, good service

he breakfast experience at Marriott was truly exceptional. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared, offering a variety of options to satisfy every palate. A special mention goes to Mr. Omashankar, the server, and Chef Vishal for their outstanding service and humility. Their attention to detail and dedication to making our meal enjoyable stood out. Mr. Umashankar ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was smooth and pleasant. He patiently asked about our preferences and ensured that we received exactly what we wanted. Chef Vishal impressed us with his culinary skills, especially with the Dhuni Rajma and the regular Rajma, both of which were flavorful and well-prepared. Their efforts made the breakfast not just a meal but an experience. The personalized service and the warmth with which they interacted added a special touch to our visit. Marriott has truly set a high standard for hospitality, and we look forward to returning soon.
