Very good stay. Cook and all the staff are very good. Clean rooms. Food is very light and good like home. The only issue is that the path towards the entrane of the hotel is very narrow and so dirty. Rest all good

The hospitality and Food service is very good here (Manpreet kaur ) Pankaj & (Rakesh Chauhan) have Excellent service . Rooms cleaning and services Wonderful . The service of laundary have to improve. I had great experience in this hotel with my family. Room service and house keeping service is quick. Fast check in at front office, staff at front office is so nice and cooperative. Restaurants food is quite good .Here all the things are well managed and behavior of hotel staff is very polite.

Top of the class staff ; they go out of their way to help customers! Owner is an excellent person always on reach for his customers! They have a superb kitchen providing fabulous North Indian dishes and a very good dining place ; room service provided for weary pilgrims.

I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the Rama Trident, Katra. The hotel is located in the heart of the city which makes it very easy to visit spots like Jammu, Banganga, Mata Vaisnodevi which is ideal for the pilgrims and travelers. The hotel is family friendly. The moment I arrived with my family I was warmly greeted by Rohit Raj, the receptionist who ensured that our stay was comfortable . His exceptional customer service truly made a difference in our stay. The room has a good mountain view that was very refreshing every morning. The room was well maintained and equipped with all the necessities. The room service was prompt and efficient and the food served was delicious it had both varieties and quality. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Additionally the hotel provides taxi services which makes it more convenient for the guests to travel around. Overall, I had a great experience staying here and would highly recommend anyone visiting Katra for pilgrimage or just to explore the area then you can definitely stay here with your family or friends. Last but not the least thanks again to Rohit ji who was so courteous and helpful that our family fully enjoyed this memorable trip and I am going back to home with a new friend in Katra.
