Odayı hiç beğenmedim balkonsuz oda olduğu açıkça belirtilmemişti kandırıldığımı düşünüyorum oda değişimi istedim 80 euro gece istediler camlar üsten 8 cm açılıyor tam açılmıyor ben temiz taze hava almak isterim bütün resimlerde deniz manzaralı oda var şehir manzaralı olabilir dedik balkon olmayacağı tahmin edemezdik oda tanıtımında balkon yok diye açıkça belirtilmeli pencereler tam açılmasın diye kilitlenmiş deniz kenarında havasız oda üstelik superıor oda ilk defa böyle kandırıldım allerjik astım hastasıyım burnumu pencere aralığına dayayıp nefes aldım geceleyin dışarı çıktım nefes almak için.otel temiz kahvaltısı iyi plaja yakın bir daha trip com dan otel almam tam bir üzüntü ve hayal kırıklığı oldu.

Otelin konumu çok güzeldi,çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldular,biz ailecek çok memnun kaldık teşekkürler.

Best place to visit but AC wasn’t working at all breakfast was amazing everyday they show us diffrent tastes of Greek and international cuisine food staffs were amazing and friendly location is a little bit far away from city center (2.4 km away) but it is so close your daily neediness such as market pharmacy atm etc

The hotel in Kavala may not be classified as a 5-star establishment, but it met my expectations for the city. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, although it had a slightly musty odor. The bathroom was also generously sized and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a decent variety, although certain items like strawberries were not promptly restocked when they ran out. The mornings tended to be busy, and parking could be challenging when the hotel was full, possibly due to sharing spaces with local residents. Despite these minor inconveniences, I believe it's the best choice among Kavala's accommodations. The staff were friendly, although not overly attentive, and the room rates didn't quite match the service level. It was also peculiar that while they provided tea, coffee, and cream in the rooms, guests had to pay for drinking water to prepare them.

A very comfortable hotel. Our room was upgraded without us having to ask for it. On request we kindly received a water cooker. However, they could be more clear about the spa: be aware that this is only available without costs for a single hour. Small minor points: music during breakfast is of low taste (no sphere) and TV is less than adequate: apart from BBC World and TV5 (!?) all channels are Greek (at least four of which are ultra-nationalistic, right-wing).

I have visited the Lucy Hotel on many occasions and due to the good corporate rate they provide (about 75 euros - single room) I feel it is an excellent choice for business visits to Kavala. Its also a good base for a birding trip in the general area if you want to combine a luxury stay with some nature-wondering.

Facility was excellent, location very good. Only negative many of the serving staff, restaurant & bar, were inattentive provided poor service, took for ever to get a coffee refill or to place a drink order at the bar.

The hotel was beautiful. The view was beautiful. The food was amazing. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was accommodating and gracious. I would recommend this place. We were there to start our journey of the Footsteps of Paul.

Very clean room, excellent buffet breakfast and super nice pool area. The staff is very polite and willing to answer all your questions and provide any help.Highly recommended if you are looking for accommodation in Kavala. Undoubtedly Lucy is the best hotel in the area.

I wouldn’t call this a 5 star hotel but for Kavala it was ok. The room was spacious, clean but it smelled musty. The bathroom was clean and spacious but outdated. We didn’t attempt going to the breakfast buffet, it looked over crowded every morning. The hotel is located about a 10 minute drive to the port where all the restaurants and shopping is located. There’s parking at the hotel which is convenient. Compared to other hotels in Kavala this is probably the best option. The staff were nice but didn’t go out of their way. The price of the rooms doesn’t measure up to the service. Very expensive for what you are getting.

I stayed in Lucy hotel Kavala for 3 months , , hotel Isn’t what I’d class as a European 5 star hotel , the staff are great ! The breakfast was usually cold and a bit repetitive , I found the corridors and bathrooms a bit dark , The one thing that bugged me was having to go to the bar to get ice no ice machines in 5 star hotel in middle of the summer ? All in all it’s a good hotel just cook the bacon and eggs and buy a few ice machines on every floor
