Ulasan Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa

The receptionists, bellboy, and staff were all very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the stay a lot. Location is centralized - just few steps from the Whistler village and gondola. Summit sport was right there - easy to rent and valet the skis/snowboards. The spa was amazing. Cameron is good at what he does. The hot tubs and heated pool were my kids highlight. We enjoyed it esp after a long day of skiing/boarding. Parking is safe - easy and convenient to load and offload. Would love to come back again!

The room is quite small and no couch to sit on For the amount of price we lag we are kinda expecting more to be honest the other hotel that we tried is way better and way cheaper but yeah maybe because its at Whistler thats why but to be honest not worth the price The only good thing is they have old Jacuzzi style in your room..but thats all we even lost some bits of cash inside the room when the cleaning lady clean the room but we didn’t report as we don’t want to stress about it and my holidays are going to end soon just be careful on your valuable things or cash inside the hotel But you can’t have it most if the time as we are doing snowboarding Lesson learn..

Room is big with kitchen,near gondola station as well as shops and market.

Warm and good service at the front desk and their restaurant. They are doing renovation and some noice and dust is around during my stay. In the room, there is some leather peeled off from the bed headboard. That’s probably the reason of the renovation 😅

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Whistler! Clean and beautiful and has a great bar and friendly staff. Would recommend. Can walk or bike all over Whistler from this location.

It’s my second time to stay at Hilton Whistler. Love the service and environment. We enjoyed the swimming pool. It’s not large. Resort fee$58 was charged when we checked out.

Great cozy place

The staff wouldn't get out of their way to assist us in getting to the hotel, even in heavy snow. It was a waste of a phone call. On arrival, their attitude was consistently cold. The hotel is dated, basking in its past glory. Most staff are cold, but a handful of them are very friendly and helpful (most of them are cleaners), considering we stayed 2 weeks, we have come across many staff members. The kitchen is very basically equipped with poor quality equipment. The balcony door is poorly sealed, there's a constant draught into the room. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was its billiard room, but it's in their bar, I thought it would be family friendly. Situated close to the Gondola, great for skiers. I don't recommend it for families, and it's poor value for money.

close to everything, steps away to gondola, very suitable for plan to do bike ride, zipline or snowboard activity, several entrance to the hotel through the village.
