Nearby so many restaurants and shopping areas. 5 minutes walk to station and one stop from Shinagawa. Reception staff’s friendly. Service is good. I arrived hotel early in the morning and check in time is 3pm. I left luggage with the hotel. When returned in the afternoon, luggage already in the room. Good price for this kind of outstanding service. Will stay next time.

This hotel provides good service, clean rooms and wonderful breakfast. Especially, you can get free drip-coffee in the front desk. I suggest you all must choose Daiwa Roynet Hotels.

早朝の羽田空港利用の為に宿泊しました。 いつもは、空港近くのホテルを利用しますが、空港近辺は意外と宿泊費が高くて、シャトルバスの移動を考えたら、 宿泊費の安い川崎で、京急も最短15分で羽田空港なので、これもありかな？と思いました。 京急川崎駅にあるホテルと言って良いほど近くて便利です。 とても満足しました。 最上階のお部屋を使わせていただいたので、騒音も全く気になりませんでした。

京急川崎駅からは歩いていける距離。JR川崎駅だと少し距離が離れるので大きな荷物があると面倒だと思う。ホテル入口も階段で二階まで登らなくてはいけない。 部屋はリニューアルしているので特に不満無し。強いてあげるならバスタブが狭いぐらいか。ただ深夜に隣の部屋の宿泊客の咳き込む音などが聞こえたので防音に関しては低いと思うが、朝の掃除の音は気にならなかった。 安い料金で12時チェックアウトのプランに泊まれるのでリピートあり。

Incredibly cheap, so it's excellent value. 15 minutes from the station (most of it waiting for long traffic lights). Undergoing renovation right now but I didn't hear any construction noise from my very quiet room. At first glance it appears a little run-down, but the room itself was modern and clean. Neighborhood is on the fringes of a seedy kind of Red Light District area, but the room was quiet the whole stay (3 nights). The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering to hold my suitcases even though I didn't ask. 7/11 across the street and a Vietnamese sandwich restaurant next door.

The best hotel we stayed in Japan in my opinion. It’s clean, but far from the train station, the staff is very polite and we had a bathroom and toilet in our room. And we had a very comfortable bad. And the price wasn’t high.

いつも親切丁寧な対応をしていただきありがとうございます。このホテルはオープン当時から利用させていただいております。今回、ゴキブリを見かけました。初めての経験です。追いつめて処分しましたが、１匹いるとその３０倍はいると聞いたことがあります。当然、ホテルですから部屋内で飲み食いをしますので、ゴキブリがいても不思議ではありません。多々お願いしたいのは、駆除の方法があるかと思いますので、対策をお願いいたします。また、仕事上、全国あちこちで年間70～80泊程度しています。どこのホテルも共通して言えることですが、価格が20％程度上昇していて、利用者としては金額的に辛いのが現状です。

Nice staff. Nice environment. The hotel provides daily cleaning and front desk services with a lot of other self services. Guests are mainly Japanese locals. There’s a terrance and a mini pantry on the top floor of the building for the guests to use 24hrs a day. 房间很小，对于出行好几天的旅客而言不太方便，因为几乎没有任何收纳空间。如果酒店能利用墙上的空间做一些收纳平台就好了。前台和客房人员兼职打工的孩子比较多，英语日语都能顺利沟通。只有一个小哥是中国人，但他也不是常常在。人员服务各项都很好，卫生也无可挑剔。
