Beautiful luxury hotel with a grand and elegant atmosphere. The lobby instantly stands out with its crystal ceiling decor and classy oriental-inspired design, giving a premium 5-star vibe. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with an amazing city skyline view at night. The bathroom felt especially luxurious with the large bathtub and marble finishes. Overall, a very comfortable and aesthetic stay that feels both relaxing and upscale. Perfect for a short getaway or staycation.

Top notch hotel in the centre of cheng du city, in terms of hygiene, renovation, services. Stone's throw away from those iconic attraction sites, i.e., tianfu square, people's park, chunxi lu, etc. Special thanks to the front desk staff who helped to send to railway station on 12 Jun 2026, in a out-of-the-box way. Without the help, we will not be able to catch our early train on time. Highly recommended

Apabila saya menempah hotel, saya melihat gambar bilik hotel dan membuat pesanan tanpa ragu-ragu saya benar-benar berpuas hati selepas mendaftar masuk. Persekitaran hotel bersih dan kemas, ***a biliknya ringkas dan ber***a, susun aturnya sangat elegan. dan perkhidmatannya sangat bertimbang rasa. Reka bentuk atrium bilik hotel adalah unik, reka bentuk beberapa tempat juga akan membuatkan kita merasai adat dan budaya setempat orang berasa lebih gembira! Disyorkan!

The boutique hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and conveniently located. We traveled as a family of 4 adults and 3 toddlers and booked two rooms. The hotel is very family-friendly — all the staff were welcoming, and Xiao Li and Xiao Fu were especially accommodating. We also watched 变脸 in the hotel theater, which is great for families with young children as the shows are held during the day. The quality of the performance was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu and highly recommend it to friends.

This hotel is in a great location. It’s really convenient to get to Kuanzhai Alleys, Chunxi Road and People’s Park. The staff are really nice too. You need a room card to go upstairs, and the rooms are clean and tidy. I’ll definitely come back if I get the chance.

We stayed at Novotel in Chengdu during our recent trip and really enjoyed it! The location is super central, and paired with inexpensive Didis for transport we were never further than 30 minutes from everything we wanted to visit. It’s also right across from the water, which makes for a great location for casual evening strolls with the city night view across the channel. The room itself was spacious, pristine, and very comfortable (SUPER comfy sheets). The staff were at times very busy, but they were always very pleasant in our interactions (I was travelling with Chinese speaking in-laws, but the plethora of translation apps should solve this gap). Breakfast was among the better ones we had during our trip (which also encompassed Chongqing and Zhangjiajie).

This is a joyview clubmed so not as big as the regular international club meds, and fewer activities. They target mostly weekend getaways so on weekdays there's only a few families, and meals would be ordered off a menu instead of buffet. Food quality was very good though! Kids loved mini club, was a shame the full evening show only happened on Saturday night, the other nights would have a smaller scale show/evening activity instead. Price was similar to Lijiang/Guilin full club med so would only consider this one if price was cheaper.

booked this hotel bc we didn't want to be too near to the city and not too far either. it did take us a moment to figure out the building on the first day bc it was at the corner. very clean, very comfy, housekeeping comes in daily and replenishes everything and tidies up the room well. the train station near us was not operating during our stay so thats a shame but getting a car in and out was not difficult at all. its a great spot to be in if you are planning to explore the other corners of chengdu and not just the tourist spots!!

Really satisfied with this hotel. All the staff were very accomodating even though there’s language barrier between us. The staff even offered to bring you snacks at night. The cleaning staff always greeted you in the morning. They also provide free transfer with premium MPV to the national park. The room was clean, all the amenities were there as stated and they even served you with free apples and oranges in the room. All in all, I would definitely come here again in the future and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
