This stay was absolutely perfect! The receptionist, Xiao Fu, was incredibly attentive. He proactively helped with my luggage upon arrival, quickly checked me in, and even provided detailed directions to the surrounding area. The room was sparkling clean, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a clean and refreshing separate shower and toilet. The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, all fresh and delicious. He even inquired about my stay upon check-out. The service was warm and unobtrusive throughout, making it perfect for both business and leisure travel. A five-star experience! I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The hotel is indeed beautifully renovated, and the rooms are large and comfortable. They have a great variety of play facilities for kids, and the breakfast is exceptionally rich. However, I'd like to offer a small suggestion. As a hotel that primarily caters to families, I recommend some improvements to the swimming pool changing rooms. Your rule about boys over six years old needing to use the men's changing room is understandable, but you should also consider situations where only the mother brings a boy over six. For example, on this trip, my husband, who works in the public security system, had an urgent assignment and couldn't come. I brought my child alone, and it was quite inconvenient. My son is six and a half, and I certainly wasn't comfortable letting him go into the changing room by himself. Luckily, one of the fathers from our group took him to the men's changing room. So, I suggest you could add a family changing room, similar to how many malls now have third restrooms.

What a hidden gem this hotel is! We drove here for a family vacation with our kids, and the hotel has its own dedicated parking. The staff even guided us to our spot, which was a lovely touch. The location is perfect, right next to Wenshu Street, so there are plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment. The garden design is charming and traditional. Our room was spacious, clean, and tidy. Every morning, I'd wake up to see the staff watering the flowers and birds pecking at fallen berries on the ground. Before I was fully awake, I actually thought I'd stumbled into some kind of paradise. And the food! The breakfast spread was extensive, and everything tasted delicious. For lunch and dinner, there's a restaurant inside the hotel that serves exquisite dishes. They even made a steamed fish with double peppers that was so tender, it almost surpassed what we're used to in Guangdong... Highly recommend!

This is arguably the best value-for-money five-star hotel in Chengdu. The room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and being on a high floor, offered spectacular and beautiful city views at night. The facilities were excellent, and the service was incredibly attentive. All the staff were very polite and proactively helped with luggage. They even sent welcome fruits to the room. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The two most commendable aspects were: ① the value for money and ② the stunning views.

The front desk lady was very welcoming and polite. The room was clean and tidy, offering great value for money – you won't find a better deal at this price! It felt private and had a stylish design. The facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all excellent. Plus, there's a club next door where you can relax and have some fun.

The rhythm of the music and the dancing of the fountain are perfectly integrated, so that people can feel the spiritual shock brought by the music while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The afternoon tea scenery of the hotel is equally intoxicating. In the spacious and bright hall, the sun shines through the window on the exquisite tea sets and snacks, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. Here, you can enjoy the mellow afternoon tea while enjoying the beautiful scenery outside the window, and feel the tranquility and comfort. Revisiting Jiuzhaigou after 20 years, it still lives up to its reputation of 'no need to see other waters after Jiuzhaigou'! I spent a long time choosing a hotel and finally decided on Days Inn by Wyndham, and the stay experience was quite good. Especially our butler, Xiao Ban, who contacted us in advance to share important information, proactively helped us arrange a nanny car for our return trip, and actively assisted with any issues – it felt like having family around! 😀😃 The hotel's breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices, fresh dishes, and fantastic taste! We had dinner at the hotel for both nights, and the yak hot pot deserves special praise – delicious and generous portions! The hotel's private shuttle service also made our journey much more comfortable!

Pros: Newly opened hotel with modern facilities, spacious rooms, a garden, and convenient parking (both above and below ground). The breakfast selection is plentiful, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the service is warm and attentive. The afternoon tea treats were exquisite. It's rare to find a five-star hotel that is pet-friendly and offers free pet food! Cons: Located near a high-speed rail station, it's relatively remote. While dining at the hotel was an option, the food was slow to arrive, possibly due to the National Day holiday crowds, and the taste was average, not up to five-star hotel standards. Suggestions: The bathroom and washroom areas are large, but there's no place to hang clothes; this could be improved. The carpets could also be kept cleaner!

This is my umpteenth stay at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and the standards are consistently excellent. During check-in, a friendly young man named Luca brought me some herbal tea. After a brief chat, he later delivered a thoughtful, handwritten welcome card to my room before dinner. Of all the five-star and ultra-five-star hotels I've stayed at in Chengdu, the Ritz-Carlton's Executive Lounge offers the most attentive service. From breakfast at 6:30 AM right through to evening desserts at 10 PM, they continuously provide a wonderful array of thoughtful services. I've included some photos of the breakfast and dinner spreads – they're incredibly rich and varied. Plus, for both lunch and dinner, they offer two freshly prepared dishes, like duck breast and pasta, made to order. Every staff member I encountered in the Executive Lounge was exceptionally warm, attentive, proactive, and anticipated my needs. Of course, breakfast is also available at the main restaurant in the lobby on the 25th floor. The variety there is truly astounding; just the noodle bar alone offers six different options (as shown in the pictures). I ate so much that morning, I didn't want to leave. All in all, this is the best hotel experience I've had in Chengdu. Honestly, the price isn't even that high, making it excellent value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel rates in Jiuzhaigou during the off-season are amazing! I can't believe I got such a great price. The environment is really nice too. I originally booked a room with a 1.2m double bed, but the front desk lady saw I had a child with me and kindly upgraded us to a room with a 1.35m double bed. The room was very clean, and the staff were all very polite. The service was excellent. There were complimentary welcome fruits and snacks, and the breakfast selection was quite diverse. It's also very close to the scenic area, just a few minutes by taxi.
