The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful from the front desk, enquiry desk and restaurant staff to the operator. Special thanks to Ms Jiang Li, she helps us a lot and make our stay enjoyable. The room is clean and spacious, bed comfortable and variety of fruits over 3 nights. We feel the warmth when we return to our room every night. Breakfast selection was great. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

Great to be able to stay in a luxury hotel for a very reasonable amount of time. Excellent swimming pool and gym breakfast first rate . Staff very helpful and friendly . It is next to the railway station which is about 10km from zigong proper . Lovely Chinese style garden very tastefully done

衞生沒有發現什麼不妥的，乾淨，早餐中規中矩，按5星標準評判的話不算特別豐富，雖然沒有超出預期，但整體已經很不錯了，從到達停車、辦理入住，酒店服務人員服務態度都非常好，值得表揚。酒店臨江，我們沒住江景房，在江邊放了仙女棒（圖1），樓上看江景應該也很漂亮，城景也不錯，雖然是老城，也有老城的味道（圖2，房間裏拍的），老城這邊酒店對面上坡坡箭道街非常適合逛吃（圖3，華華先吃），就是圖2的地方，晚上燒烤外賣也給力好吃（圖4，好像叫烈火牛肉），機器人送上來，內江燒烤必須吃一下。 帶小朋友，酒店其他設施倒是沒怎麼關注，1樓餐廳旁有幾個遊戲機可以玩。 整體入住還是非常愉快的！玩得也很開心！ 給酒店的建議： 1.可以給房間配下小童拖鞋就更好了（不知道有沒有） 2.城景這邊房間西曬，下午有點熱，不知道是不是冬天的原因空調製冷沒作用樣

This place is awesome beautiful, filled with chinese architectual beauty. This hotel staff are so efficient, friendly, and speaks good english! They are very helpful and attentive to my needs. Even when i was walking lost, they bring me to the right place for breakfaat, they bring my grab food 1 item after another to my room. I am so appreciative of them. Room is super comfy except a little small. It had a great cafe there in hotel servibg great coffee which i find cafes are lacking in Chengdu. I highly recommend this place. And its in great location too. I enjoy the proximately to great foods and Wenshu monastry.

This is a joyview clubmed so not as big as the regular international club meds, and fewer activities. They target mostly weekend getaways so on weekdays there's only a few families, and meals would be ordered off a menu instead of buffet. Food quality was very good though! Kids loved mini club, was a shame the full evening show only happened on Saturday night, the other nights would have a smaller scale show/evening activity instead. Price was similar to Lijiang/Guilin full club med so would only consider this one if price was cheaper.

This room is incredibly spacious—it felt huge! The bed is fit for royalty, with a mattress that guarantees an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom is fantastic, featuring a shower with fantastic, storm-like water pressure. The location is unbeatable: just a 2-minute walk to the station, or a 3-minute walk through the connected basement directly to the station. To top it off, the reception staff were both incredibly helpful and lovely. A truly outstanding stay.

Really satisfied with this hotel. All the staff were very accomodating even though there’s language barrier between us. The staff even offered to bring you snacks at night. The cleaning staff always greeted you in the morning. They also provide free transfer with premium MPV to the national park. The room was clean, all the amenities were there as stated and they even served you with free apples and oranges in the room. All in all, I would definitely come here again in the future and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
