Ulasan Kayenta Monument Valley Inn

I had booked a double bed for our family of 4. When I went to check in, they told me that only King bed was available.  I asked to speak to the manager, they told me that there was no manager that night.  After few minutes, the attendant provided key to our room. I asked so what is happening, she said that she gave someone else’s room to me very rudely. Excuse me?  someone else took our room and you are making me look like I took someone else’s room?  The whole experience was very negative and instead of apologizing, the attendant blamed us for this room.

I recently stayed at this inn, and I found it to be a great choice, especially for those wanting to visit Monument Valley, which is only about 20 minutes away. If you're looking for comfort at a reasonable price, this inn is definitely worth considering. The accommodations were cozy and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for both convenience and access to local attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this inn for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay!

Rude customer service. No wifi.

Some lightings are not working when checking into the room at 9pm. Went to the reception, she mentioned that she is the only one left as everybody had gone back and had to wait till the next morning. Managed to fix the lighting myself as realise the bulb were ‘loosed’. No WIFI, the receptionist mentioned because everyone is using at the same time , the bandwidth cannot support. Can go to the reception area to use if we want . Contradicting! No hot water at the common area and have to wait for the restaurant to be opened. Good for a night stay and off the road if you are not particular on the above.

I needed a place for just one night and this place fit the bill. Facilities were modest -- older, no microwave or fridge in the room, no free coffee or breakfast in the lobby, etc. But WiFi worked well, inside doors, room was big, plenty of TV channels, and there were several fast food options nearby. There was only one person at the front desk so check-in took a few minutes, but not a big deal, and service was friendly. Some reviews were uneven, but it was a good value, -- better than a budget motel, and cost ~$40 less than other nearby options. If you do stay, there is a small but interesting Navajo Code Talker exhibit in the Burger King (yep, Burger King) about 1/2 mile away.

A very pleasant stay in Navajo country--very conveniently located to Monument Valley. We were there for only one night. The beds were very comfortable, the staff pleasant, the room and hotel clean. Worth a visit.

Would stay again! It’s clean and roomy.

One of the closest motels to Monument Valley. Located in Navajo territory. Few restaurants nearby (a few fast food restaurants). The rooms are OK, but the price is high.
