Ulasan Hampton Inn Kayenta

The hotel was clean and had a friendly Front Desk staff. Unfortunately the problem resided in the restaurant. It took 10 - 15 minutes for someone to take our dinner order. We had a table of 10, which I understand is a lot of people, but a few tables near us that entered after us, received their food before we were able to place our order. At breakfast was a huge disappointment. Many of the offerings were empty, including the coffee, potatoes and several of the pastry items. I was down there from 8:00 to 8:20 and these items were still empty when I left. I tell you this for your benefit. Overall I was satisfied with the facility.

It’s located just 25-30 mins drive to beautiful Monument Valley. The breakfast was nice.

Clean, nice room. Really good onsite restaurant. Could hear people walking above us and doors closing. Had to bring in all of our stuff due to recent thefts. Appreciate the hotel staff being honest and upfront about it

The last few Hampton's I've stayed at were in various stages of disrepair and spotty cleanliness. I was about to start to look to another chain but was pleasantly surprised.at Kenyata. Seemed very clean in all areas, especially my room. Only demerit was the room AC/heater made too much noise but I didn't need either so I turned it off. There were the usual dings, etc. in a normal hotel room, but the bed was great and the attention to detail in the cleaning crew was fantastic. I especially want to recognize Earl, Ernestina and Asia as super helpful, friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Kenyata Hampton. It's 50 miles from my destination when there but it's worth it to me to stay there based on this first visit.

Front desk is very disorganized and not customer friendly. VERY slow to get waited on. Room is ok but dated.

My wife and I were on our way to the Grand Canyon and spent one night in Kayenta. The Hampton was exceptional. In addition we had dinner at their in house restaurant and the food was delicious.

Very well run. It is Navajo owned and run in the Navajo Country. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly ready to accommodate any needs.

This is a very nice hotel located in a convenient location for Monument Valley and somewhat convenient for the Grand Canyon. If you like high desert sandstone you'll like the area surrounding the hotel. The hotel itself had a great staff, very nice rooms, a restaurant on the premise and ample parking. It was the best hotel of six hotels we stayed in on our trip and I can confidently recommend this hotel.

The Hampton is the perfect stopping spot when traveling from Phoenix to southern Colorado for skiing or a great place to start your journey into Monument Valley. The place is reasonable and clean. It has a nice restaurant with great food choices and a very quiet atmosphere.

This is an outstanding hotel. I may choose Hamptons from now on. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and beautifully dressed. My room was very clean and well appointed - the bathroom sink was slow draining, but everything else was lovely. The breakfast was very good. They offered some great movie channels. The gift shop was well stocked with a myriad of interesting art & items. A++++++!
