Unforgettable experience moment in this hotel. The receptionist and the housekeeper can't speak english fluently. When I left at the hotel for go to outside in my first day, the housekeeper steal my ATM card and the housekeeper change my ATM card will be the name card. I don't use card "clean my room" in my door, my meaning is don't clean my room. But, i'm so shock because the housekeeper cleans my room. I stay for two days. The safety box always locked so the guests cannot used it to save the safety box and the housekeeper never tell us about the pin number to open the safety box. The hotel is so old style. No any CCTV camera in the hotel so I can't catch the thief housekeeper. The receptionist help me to find the thief but she can't catch it also. The receptionist serves us good. So, please repair your service and get the guests pleasure, safe and comfortable. Thank you
