Overall trip ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pantai and pool sangat terbaik. Luas, bersih, walaupun ramai orang tak rasa sesak lansung. Makanan ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Foodpanda and grab ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Attraction:- 1. Celup tepung banyak (D&G/Di Santai) 2. Warung Aziz Satar 2 (celup tepung dan oleh2) 3. Monica beach/Pantai Mek Nik InsyaAllah ada masa akan ke sini lagi. Terbaik Resort World Kijal.

Dalaman yang bagus, bilik bersih dan kemas. Perkhidmatan yang sangat baik. Mudah untuk mencari lokasi. Teruskan kerja yang baik. Penerimaan adalah mesra dan baik. Jika anda menghadapi sebarang masalah, ada sedia 24 jam untuk panggilan sedia. Persekitaran agak baik. Disyorkan!

Stayed for one night after our trip to Pulau Redang; took the cheapest room without windows and was pleasantly surprised how large and spacious the room was, although sp****ly furnished. No kettle was provided but there was a hot and cold water dispenser outside the room. Bathroom was the ‘wet’ type but the rain shower was simply awesome! Location was convenient - with the popular Hai Peng Kopitiam ( sister branch) and seafood restaurants practically next door. The river is just across the road . Parking is not provided but there are ample public parking spaces around ( just buy the parking coupons from the nearby shops). Overall, a good place for a short stay.

I liked the location of the hotel, close to restaurants and shops. The hotel is very new and clean with not very big size rooms.The hospitality of staff are awesome. They treat us so well. I had a good time here at this hotel. I got a yummy icecream during check in. The hotel interior design is lovely. Absolutely amazing stay with a great location.

Bilik ok tapi cadar, selimut dan towel perlu ditukar sebab nampak dah lama. Agak berbulu. Selimut terlalu kecil. Sesuai untuk short stay semalam dua macam tu ja sebab murah.

The room is a bit old and ruined, however the lcation is good. The room just near a main road and opposite of school so it's a bit noisy at time. Could get a better room with the price, however not so much option in kemaman

Rooms with king size. Big rooms, comfortable for us with 2 junior kids. Have towel and shower. No online booking due to last minute, but try call direct, still have a room. They give confirmation via whatsapp.

My colleagues and I went to EryabySuria over the weekend for a business trip. From the exterior I can say that the hotel has been around for sometime. The check-in was a breeze. My room (G9), was clean and modestly well kept. ROOM: Like mentioned before it was modest, furnitures were dated but still functional. The bathroom was ok, if I can say so. MEETING ROOM: It was ok. Although as a note for the future, the hotel should have a label for each meeting groups for the coffee breaks. Our coffee breaks table was set up outside the meeting room without any labelling or signs. The hotel's guest ended up assuming the food was prepared by the hotel as a complimentary. We ended up not having enough food for us. The air-conditioning in the meeting room (Cengkih) can be improved. It was not as cold as we expected it. Perhaps a little bit of maintenance would do the trick. COFFEE HOUSE: It was simple and clean. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Although the management should consider of adding a few more tables so there would be enough seats for the hotel's guests, especially during breakfast. The food spread was just 'ok'. SWIMMING POOL: It was clean and decently sized. Although if I may suggest the management could add pool chairs and tables for the guests. OVERALL: I have high hopes for the hotel. Moving forward, the hotel should begin upgrading the hotel's exterior and facilities. With new hotels and airbnbs opening around the area, the hotel should be amongst the frontrunners to be the choice of tourists and visitors. I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royale Chulan Cherating Villa, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the staff and services at this resort exceeded my expectations! Without a doubt one of the best resorts in Malaysia and if you're ever in Cherating, THIS is the place to stay! First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel like a VIP guest. Whether it was the front desk staff, the buggy drivers, the housekeeping team or even the F&B staff, everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and for that, I am truly grateful. Kudos to Rizam for introducing us this hidden gem. The dining experience at the resort was exceptional as well. The Ocean restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, catering to various tastes and preferences during my breakfast and dinner. I was particularly impressed with the chef's culinary skills and the waitstaff's impeccable service. Shoutout to Mahdi and Nizar in building a strong service team. Each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, and the dining experience added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. However, while the staff and services were outstanding, there is room for improvement when it comes to the resort's facilities. Although the property is well-maintained, some areas appear a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation. I was told that they have very limited budget provided by the management and the improvement process is quite slow. They don't even have a gym or a large banquet hall which I understand is a requirement for a 5 star resort. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use a modern touch to match the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the pool area, though enjoyable, would be even more appealing with updated loungers and a fresh coat of paint. These are my two cents which I hope the management would consider to do as soon as possible in order to maintain this amazing place and their regular guests. Despite these minor facilities-related issues, I wouldn't hesitate to return. The exemplary staff and top-notch service is more than enough to compensate for any facility shortcomings. In fact, I look forward to seeing how the resort evolves in the future, as I believe that with some upgrades, it has the potential to become an even more remarkable tourist attraction. I truly hope the management takes care of it's staff by giving rewards or incentives as I can see they worked really hard to maintain this resort's standards.
