Havana Hotel

I have so many questions on how this hotel is considered a ‘4*’ hotel based on the experiences we encountered. Ill explain my reasons below. After a long evening of travel, me and my partner were so disappointed with the facilities and the service received. Two single beds in the standard room. The beds were the most uncomfortable things we’ve ever slept on. We were also only supplied with one pillow each, which was just as flat as a pancake. When we asked for another one at reception, we were told ‘standard room, only one’. The abruptness and rudeness wasnt the best start to our week stay. During our week stay, we were provided with fresh towels on one occassion, but no fresh bedding the whole time. The wardrobe door fell off. The balcony door didn’t lock (the balcony is that small only one person could sit out there). Within the whole week of staying at this ‘4* hotel’ we managed to have 1 shower, as there was no hot water. Despite bringing this to their attention on multiple times, we kept being told the same response to wait ‘5 hours; no maintenance’ or they said they didn’t understand English. Overall, no help whatsoever. The food was just abysmal. As we were all inclusive we expected to be eating at the hotel for our meals. However the selection is poor. I reccommend anyone with allergies or intolerances to avoid eating here, as none of the food is labelled so you’re unable to know what it is. The food certainly doesn’t resemble what they say it is either. You get a basic and bland choice of 4 hot dishes which is usually rice and some form of meat in a sauce or fish. And the rest is salad. The selection of drinks are also poor, vodka, white wine, red wine or beer. Which also finishes at 10pm. The entertainment provided was Turkish dancing one day a week. I felt as if this hotel had a dislike for British people. This was clear based on our previous encounters and also at the bar as despite queuing longer than others, we were served last. The restaurant staff were intimidating, and rude. This holiday was absolutely shocking and I can say we wouldn’t return to this hotel, nor recommend any of our friends or family to. The only pros for this hotel was the location which was about a 5 minute walk from shops, bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach, and the air con.

Me and my girlfriend spent 2 weeks in hotel. Very good value for money (all inclusive). The hotel is near to the city (5 min walk to the nearest shops) and near to the beach (10 min walk). You can choose between city beach (15 TL/day) or private (hotel) beaches (from 45TL to 100TL/day). Hotel also has its own swimming pool which is very clean and you can allways find free sunbeds. There is a bar at the swimming pool. Man at reception (his name is Max) was allways ready to help us with information. Rooms have balcony and are cleaned every day, towels also changed every day. Food is very tasty. You can choose among different kinds of salami, cheese, omlettes, fruit, main dishes, salats,.... At lunch and dinner there is also soup. Personel is very friendly and professional. Once a week there is dinner at the pool terrace and music with DJ. I would like to say thanks to personel of the hotel and I hope we see again. Неделю отдыхали с мужем в отеле Havana и остались очень довольны. 1. Приветливый персонал. Единственное, некоторые ребята не понимали ни русский, ни английский. Но существуют переводчики)) управляющий присутствовал на каждом приеме пищи, уточнял у гостей все ли хорошо. 2. Очень вкусно кормили. Отдельный плюс! Было и мясо и рыба и фрукты во все поте в пищи. Много свежих овощей. 3. Номера маленькие, но уютные. Все необходимое есть. Кондиционер работает исправно. На балконе есть где посидеть и высушить одежду после купания. В холодильнике есть бесплатная питьевая вода. Слышимость достаточная))) 4. В номере чисто. Приходила женщина и убирала, заправляла кровати. Не меняли полотенца, но думаю, надо было попросит или уточнить этот момент (часто в отелях просят оставить полотенца для замены на полу, но мы так не делали). 5. С водой никаких проблем. Мыло в душе есть. Но больше ничего не предполагалось для гигиены. 6. Бассейн чистый. Всем хватало лежаков и зонтиков. Персонал приносил еще, если нужно. Стаканы убирали официанты. Есть детский бассейн. Полотенца для лежака давали каждый день чистые. 7. Никакой шоу-программы не предполагалось, но по настроению гостей включали музыку или все вместе смотрели футбол. Для нас это плюс. В лобби есть небольшая полка с книгами. Прочитала там много интересного. Литература есть на разных языках. 8. До моря минут 10, мы тоже заранее это знали и нам было приятно прогуляться по городу. Также рядом много магазинов и ресторанов. Близко до остановки автобуса. 9. Вайфай платный. Работаем хорошо, получилось без перебоев провести онлайн встречу. 10. Выезжали рано утром и нам собрали с собой перекус, отдельное спасибо за это. В основном отдыхают немцы и восточные европейцы. Русскоговорящих мало. Уважаемые, будьте вежливее и к вам будут относиться лучше. Видела как люди даже не здороваются с персоналом, не говорят спасибо, а только выдают «ван бир!» приказным тоном. Не надо так) Впечатление об отеле и отдыхе в нем хорошее. Я бы оценила его на 3,5 звезды, нежели на 4. Буду рекомендовать как спокойный проверенный отель за приемлемую цену)
